The food, the service, the comfort. Awesome, their food is so good you wouldn't only want to taste it once or twice. The miso sauce has the perfect balance of sweet and savory, the pork cutlet is so big depending on the cut you order, the miso soup is heartwarming, and their yuzu tofu that you sprinkle with their special tofu salt purely made just for their yuzu soaked tofu is amazing!! And they also offer unli rice, whether it be plain white rice or multi-grained rice which are both awesome too!! The ambience of the place is so good. And the staffs are very friendly, especially their branch manager. It's just that on peak days like Saturdays and Sundays, if you come by around 12pm to 2pm, you're gonna have to wait outside because their place is pack full of people who also loves their food!! But once you get inside, it wouldn't take so long to wait for your order because while waiting outside, their staff would hand you out the menu and take your order in advance so you wouldn't have to wait longer for your food! The price of their set meals isn't too bad at all too!! They also sell dishes other than pork cutlets. Plus, they also have an in-store mini souvenir shop where you could buy some mini "bu-chan" stuff toys (bu-chan is a pig which stands for their logo), you can also buy things like chopsticks with the place's name written on it, aside from that; they also have t shirts, mugs, mahic cards, snacks and most importantly, their signature miso sauce which you can buy and bring home with you for personal uses!! Lastly, once your order arrives, you would given a plain cutlet with no miso sauce yet cause after few seconds, a staff would come at you and pour that boiling hot miso into your pork cutlet in front of you, so it's also quite a show. One more thing, they also have English and Tagalog speaking staffs so they could help translate things for you such as your orders or any questions, which is pretty helpful if you're a visiting tourist!! Man I...

I am a solo traveller and stopped by for lunch after visiting Nagoya Castle.
Lunch was very busy but I only had to wait 10 minutes before I had a spot. They had multilingual menus (English/Korean/Chinese) so you could pick out what you want to eat easily.
I went with the Katsu fillet set meal. It was honestly the best katsu I have ever eaten. It was so tender and cooked to perfection. I usually find issues with fat in katsu, but here, there's no fat, it's all meat.
The miso soup was great, the rice was perfectly sticky, the sauce was a perfect match amd had just enough sauce, the side-dishes were good, and the cold tea was refreshing.
The only thing I didn't like was the salad. It had no dressing and was quite dry (only ate a small part).
It was a bit on the pricier side, but it was totally worth it. It was around 2250 yen for my set meal. Prives varies between 1000 yen to 8000 yen or so depending on which part of the animal you choose and if you only order the plate or the set meal. Drinks are quite pricy, but you have...
