I'm writing this review in hopes that some improvements will be made because the location and concept is quite nice.
Me and my husband dined in at this restaurant on a Saturday night. We had somewhat high expectations because the place was recommended to us and everything looks delicious on their Instagram page and the owner seems to be passionate about Italian food, which was great to see.
You would probably be safe in ordering one of their paninis, as that seems to be their culinary focus. We were in the mood of eating something else though, as those dishes were offered in the menu so we thought, why not. We ordered a pasta dish and a tuna dish. The tuna was unfortunately quite bland and it was plated with a different side than what was presented in the menu. Pasta was okay.
We did not get a chance to ask the waiter to talk to the chef as he served the dishes and swiftly left and did not approach us again for a while. When we did ask the waiter if he could ask the chef why he served a different side without checking with us first, the waiter came back yet another while later and said the chef was wrapping up for the day so he just left. It was disappointing. Food for other customers was still coming out the kitchen after this exchange, so I guess they have several other chefs in charge of different dishes. It looks like the chef who made our food specifically left for the day.
But I will give some props to the waiter as he asked for feedback on the food (which I'm hoping was passed along to the chef) and tried to appease us - he brought us a dessert...
Read moreHalf of the menu is not available, and I come back for lasagna every time and it’s unsuccessful. the waiters work poorly. I waited for my dish for 1.5 hours, in the end they forgot about it, reminded me several times, and eventually canceled the order.
There is an application "the waiters" in which you can enter dishes into the order and distribute them among the guests. take this into account, as the waiters can't handle it.
P.S. four cheese pasta 0/10. I ate the same dish in Italy, it was much tastier, add more cheese and make it more expensive, but it will really be about 4 cheeses.
URGENT!
What kind of discrimination is there against the Russian/English-speaking population, no English or Russian menu, only Romanian, the waiters communicate right away in Romanian without even asking if it’s convenient for you, you feel...

We came as an Italian family expecting a true enogastronomic experience. What we got was amateur service and uninspired food.
The caprese was made with tasteless tomatoes and bland mozzarella, buried under a thick layer of industrial pesto. The “Stracciatella & Lemon” pasta had a strong anchovy flavor not listed on the menu. The amatriciana was the only decent dish, but still basic.
No spoon when requested, no cheese offered, and service was slow and indifferent.
The biggest letdown was the wine. No list, just “red, white, or rosé”. What we received was acidic and undrinkable. Calling this place “Enogastronomia” is misleading. There is no wine culture, no culinary depth, no respect for Italian standards.
We...
