Terrible place, avoid. Worst price-quality ratio in town. Ridiculously expensive especially for Moldova (5 euros for a raf coffee we didn’t even finish because it was sickeningly sweet), single shot lukewarm under-extracted americano, awful pastries (cusma lui guguta is a joke), and extremely rude staff. We weren’t even greeted, felt like they were doing us a huge favor. Asked the barista a question about coffee beans they use for filter, his reply was “NONE”. Didn’t even look at me, and then uttered “we use whatever we get”. Zero politeness, and reading other reviews it’s not a one-off case. Change your attitude, or else you will keep losing customers. I had a similarly poor experience years ago but decided to give this place another shot - never again. If you want to feel unwelcome and try the worst coffee for an unfairly high price - go ahead. But there are much better coffee spots out there that value their customers, and actually serve good coffee and food....

Certainly exceeded my expectations. One of the best coffee shops that i've seen in the last years, I can easily compare it with other great coffee places. I'm writing now because I also used their services for coffee / tea/ sweets delivery to send a gift to someone. Everything was perfect: guided me on preparing the gift, sent all the details I asked about the products, delivered the gift in time, the paiement was easy, wrote the gift card with my message by hand... First, they ignored me while I was waiting in the queue, chatting with an employee. Then, they forgot to make the cocoa I had ordered. The young lady and the barista were quite rude—they even initially refused to refund my money. As I was about to leave, they sarcastically remarked that they were glad I didn’t like their service.
