I've been here thrice as a long-term annual tourist in Moldova and given the fact that it's more expensive than your typical Starbucks due to its central location, be prepared to fork out somewhere between below ten bucks to, if you just snack and/or eat a soup with your coffee, below thirty bucks approximately. But for the neat environment, it's up to you to decide whether or not it's worth it. HOWEVER, the last time that I went there was unacceptable to say the least--- not only were my chia puddings were not well refrigerated like the first time, thereby resulting in its slimy texture, but when I said that I'd like to have my chia puddings for take-out (to be able to refrigerate back at my Airbnb), one of the employees said that, "No, you can't take them out." What a waste of 12€. I'm sure the glass cups they came in were about 1€ like when they're sold in stores, 3 for 3€. I barely managed to eat them and yet couldn't save them, so I left most of them back, unfortunately. The least you could do for your customer is to ALLOW THEM TO TRANSFER THE CHIA PUDDINGS INTO YOUR DISPOSABLE COFFEE CUPS AND ALLOW YOUR CUSTOMER TO TAKE OUT THE CHIA PUDDINGS THAT THEY PAID FOR, ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU LEFT THOSE PUDDINGS AT ROOM TEMPERATURE WHEN THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN REFRIGERATED. Customer, BEWARE---- every time you visit, you'll never know what the standard of the day is for their...
Read moreThe design is very contemporary, I like the modern Scandinavian sleek look, the items they sell, the big windows that open when it’s sunny & the service. There are two important aspects lacking that all hipster coffee shops must and generally do have: free water that customers can refill themselves at their own will (not served exclusively with black coffee) and a cappuccino prepared with barista milk without added sugar. Unfortunately it’s the sweetest cappuccino I ever had without having added sugar myself and the sweet taste is overpowering the coffee taste. Another minus is that the tables are cleaned in an exaggeratedly frequent manner, so it can become uncomfortable for the customers, who may feel pressured to leave. No one enjoys having their cup taken by the server while enjoying...
Read moreAs a traveler who works remotely, I was looking for a place in the city to work. And here I saw this coffee spot. And apparently no laptops allowed. This is a first for me to be honest. In a digitalized world, a coffee shop were you can sit in your phones and just scroll around, but not your laptop. I read the owners answer to the reviews with the no laptops allowed policy, and to be honest if you want to make a cozy environment for your customers then make a no phone policy too. Because there are people who are not using headphones and you can hear everything they watch or listen to. I came alone, to work because I am always on the move. This is something out...
