⭐The first time I came here, out of the convenience that it was near me in the center of the city during the harsh and windy February, I discovered that it was closed an hour early, so it wasn't worth the walk, unfortunately. ⭐The second time that I came here, they couldn't make a frappe, which was on the menu displayed, so I ended up getting regular coffee, which was unnecessarily bitter and didn't taste smooth. ⭐On top of this, I told that barista that it was "pentru aici", meaning for here and waited in the dining area. However, after I picked it up from the counter (after waiting while other customers were checked up on), I discovered that she gave me paper cups regardless and everyone else had fragile reusable pottery and glass to hold their portions of coffee and tea. ⭐Everyone was regularly checked up on for her to carry away their finished drinks; I, on the other hand, was just left sitting there and she just came by to sweep at my feet two hours before closing, probably to let me know that she's ready to see me go. I then got up, getting the message as intended, disposed my paper cups, and left quickly. ⭐I was also not given a receipt after the "bon fiscal" ring-up and was looked at as if I was strangely standing there for no reason...

As a half local tourist (born here, but only come here once a year for a month) this place is great if you are in downtown, but don't want to pay a fortune in Tuccano (after all I came from Montreal for cheap coffee)). Prices are good for the quality of the coffee, which in its turn is great. With a little bit of a medium high altitude, berry like fruity taste, it never fails to contemplate my inner coffee nerd. The decor is very cozy, though in a sense cliché of this kind of place, but don't get me wrong, it is very nice and clean inside, and I don't mind staying a few hours writing my theatre behind my laptop or reading a book. Talking about laptops, it is not the kind of place I recommend to go to get some work done, that's what Tuccano is for, it is better just to go there for a good time even though I broke this little rule of mine already, my workaholic hands can't stop). Overall, if you visit chisinau, or you are a local searching for a nice spot, I recommend feeling coffee for its atmosphere, friendly vibe and excellent coffee.
P.s I only tried the coffee there so I can't talk for...
Read morereally nice cafe in the center of chisinau. this was the first cafe i visited in the city and found that it was pretty decent in terms of the americano's taste and quality. it was certainly not the best espresso i have tasted here so i would recommend going to another cafe if you want really nice quality coffee. but i found the staff to be kind, even though it was hard to converse in English. i really loved the aestethic of the cafe - a nice ambience with comfortable seating all around and also outdoor seating for those who enjoy sitting outside. they had strong wifi so i could sit and work for a couple of hours and i liked that it was not too loud and not...
