Bluefin Cuisine D'Art — Restaurant in undefined

We came here for my grandpa’s birthday after we watched a play at the Grand National Theatre which is just across the street. Food was good but the atmosphere was lacking music and it was quite slow on a weekend during dinner time. Although service was not bad, when we asked if there is any birthday special the waitress told us that they would give a bottle of champagne if we spent 150k or more. Our total was 250k but they refused to give the bottle since my grandpa had forgotten his identification. It was very understandable and we asked if we can bring his ID tomorrow along with the receipt, but they said it is only valid on the day. They could have given us something smaller instead like a dessert cake. Finally I paid in cash and they gave my 4k change all in 100 tugrug bills. It’s like their strategy to get all the change as tip and it worked, so congrats and thank you for your service! They saw me irritated while I was leaving the tip but never showed any gratitude. sat about 15 minutes without any service even waitress guided us to our booked table also no drink just sat there over 20 minutes until we get our order. beverage served later on we recieved five dishes according to the order however one signature burger was missing. and the person who ordered is going to leave. and the chef is saying no other burger in the order. so I told the waitress if the burger is not included we are not taking it, he is going. she said nothing and came with the burger after 25 minutes. omg we are full already also she said nothing she forgot our drink order twice two waitresses and a manager is scrolling thier mobile, sitting on the bar other side of the hall and did not hear our call went to them and ordering.

no satisfactactory questions, no eye contact, no proper communication and no professional service there. I saw and feel them lazy and spending time there not working.

Ate dinner here twice in the past week. Upscale atmosphere and attentive service. Had the Whitefish the first time, which was delicious. Dinner comes with warm bread, which is kind of uninteresting. Had the cloud cake for dessert, which was quite good. Most desserts are chocolate based, which I don't tolerate well. Second dinner was the green salad with goat cheese. ( After a heavy lunch).
