Food ⭐️⭐️ I ordered margarita pizza and spaghetti carbonara. Dishes were not warm enough, almost cold. I'm so disappointed. Service ⭐️⭐️ They cleaned my table when i was sitting there. That was so rude. The most funny thing is they don't know what they have and what they don't have. 30 minutes later from my order they came to me and asked me to change my order. Cause the dish wasn't available. They forgot my dessert order. I had to remind them but my order wasn't available as well. I had to change it again! In the end i paid but they charged me extra lol!!! They forgot to remove the dish that i ordered which was not available. They said they'll send me the extra charge but they didn't. 👎👎👎 Otherwise the view and taste of the dish was good. Ice cream was amazing. About the price hmmm, i'd say normal price not expensive compared to another countries. Please dishes have to be warm enough to eat. This restaurant looks really fancy and kind of luxury but come on🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻 I didn't expect this kind of bad service from this...

The food was excellent! The salmon salad and pork ribs were delicious, and the view was amazing. However, the service was a major disappointment. The staff seemed very young—possibly students—and clearly lacked experience in fine dining. They appeared confused by even simple requests.

For instance, when I asked for a wet tissue before my meal, the waiter told me I had to wait until the food was served. I wanted to clean my hands before even having my drink. The bread was served cold, which was surprising. Why not keep it at room temperature or serve it warm? I also had to request a table napkin and ask for water. To top it off, I had to remind them to clear my empty plates. These are basic service expectations.

In the end, I was quite disappointed. I strongly suggest hiring more experienced staff or at least ensuring the current team is properly trained. Paying a competitive salary could help retain skilled employees. For a restaurant of this caliber, the service felt surprisingly...

The lone highlight, the dumplings, provide a glimmer of culinary hope amidst the mediocrity. Unfortunately, the salad suffers from a lack of freshness, further diminishing the meal's appeal. Big plus – salmon dish was super tasty.

The interior is uninspired and reminiscent of an office space, lacking any character or warmth. However, the second floor bar area and veranda exhibit a more intriguing ambiance, which may be the only draw for patrons seeking a lively atmosphere.

As for the soups, both the tomato and mushroom varieties fall flat, lacking distinguishable flavors and excitement. Collectively, the food seems overly bland and lacking in creativity. This restaurant may only be worth visiting for a drink, rather than a meal. Overall, I cannot recommend...
