During my experience to Route 22, I experience good customer service; employees are helpful and kind. I like the mini-hot paper-ish towels prior to a meal. The Quinoa Spinach Stuffed Mushroom (sweet, savory, wonderful to share, a perfect size before a main meal though feels like not enough alone for a filling satisfaction [though leaves one wanting more concerning taste in only good ways, very tasty]), Glazed Tofu Appetizer (somewhat syrupy-saucy sweet like a mini-tofu waffle, a nice snack before a main course meal, may not be too surprising beyond tasty for any familiar with tofu), Cinnamon House Special Tea (a phenomenal hot/warm drink especially for a cinnamon aficionado, super sweet in a soft sense so that the sweetness is not overwhelming though quite satisfying, to me), Ginger House Special Tea (a phenomenal hot/warm drink especially for a ginger aficionado, super sweet with a stronger ginger spiciness in a soft sense so as to not be overwhelming though satisfying, to me), Chickpea Coconut Risotto (a delicate meal with tinges of coconut in each bite, the vegetables mix well with the cream, the flavors are soft with a lingering sweetness like a sweet coconut rice porridge), Mixed Vegetables (fresh vegetables, the sweet potatoes are really good, if you want to add more moisture ask for a preferable dipping sauce or clean hot water in a bowl, if no other part of the meal comes with any moisturizing portions), and the Fresh Buddha Bowl (Vegan) (clean ingredients, nice presentation, the Misou Soup prior offers a good balance to prepare the stomach for the meal, the meal tastes better with full spoons of more than just one ingredient, quite delicious and satisfying taste wise as well as filling wise) are all very satisfying meals (of which, concerning the larger main course meals, I save a bit for later [when the meals taste just as good]). I like the decor of the establishment; a spacious interior with art to appreciate on walls as well as cozy seating arrangements all around offering a good amount of space between patrons. Route 22 is a European-fusion restaurant and wine bar located in the heart of Ulaanbaatar. The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with exposed brick walls and wooden beams. The menu features a variety of dishes, including pasta, pizza, steak, and seafood. There is also a wide selection of wines available, both local and imported.  From what I heard they also serve breakfast.

We recently had the opportunity to dine at Route 22 and I was very impressed with the food and service. We started with the Smoked Salmon Salad which was fresh and flavorful and rather big. For our main course, we shared the Tagliatelle Mushroom Pasta, which was cooked perfectly with a delicious creamy mushroom sauce with a nice balance of truffle oil.  The pasta tasted almost homemade.

The service at Route 22 was excellent. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. He made sure that we had everything we needed and he was quick on his feet.

The atmosphere is very inviting, cozy and the noise level isn't that bad.

Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience at Route 22 and would definitely visit again. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was inviting. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting or who lives in...

The restaurant was smelling like a toilet. Sth is wrong with their wastewater pipe.

Such a terrible customer service every time I go there. Waitresses were so disrespectful. Tries to scam customers on water bills. Especially when more than 20 people is there, they think that we cannot count the number of water bottles that people are opening.

A waitress came and demanded to take the bowl my colleague who has not even started eating soup. Within 30 seconds, another waitress came and demanded plate of my another colleague who has not also finished its food. The manner they asked was so rude. When we also asked a waitress to take our photos, rolled her eyes.
