I’ve enjoyed this coffee shop before, but today I had a very disappointing experience with the staff ( i think she was a manager of that place It’s especially troubling when this kind of behavior comes from a manager, as they should set a positive example for the staff and create a welcoming environment for customers) . While waiting for the bathroom, a staff member spoke to me rudely and made me feel very uncomfortable. Their unprofessional tone and attitude even brought me to tears.
