La Coupole — Restaurant in Agadir

The service was unbelievably slow. Seated for 10 mins before I got a glass of water, 45 mins for the first dish to come out, almost an hour for the last plate to come out (pasta). My party did not have wonderful reviews of their dinner for the most part. A few of them said their meals were good or good enough but the wait was unacceptable for the experience. My 4 cheese pasta is why I'm writing a review, it almost didn't have a taste to it, it could have been served without the cream sauce and it would have possibly tasted exactly the same but with a better consistency and texture if the pasta wasn't over cooked. The environment seemed nice and I'm sure if I was there to enjoy coffee or a tea I would have liked this place but I was there for dinner and left extremely disappointed. As cheep as it was, I would say I over paid for what I was served. Awful experience here. Not only was the food mediocre but the service was absolutely appalling. We waited nearly 2 hours for everyone's food to arrive and even then the orders were incorrect or there were items missing. The worst part would have to be the waiters rude and disgusting attitude. He was impolite and inconsiderate the entire time and never bothered to fix the issues. We were missing glasses, cutlery and the waiter didn't even prepare all the food for us to takeaway - he tried hiding it so we couldn't take home what we paid for (mind you we had to opt for takeaway and couldn't dine in since we were on a time crunch and already wasted 2 hours there). There was only one waiter for the entire restaurant so obviously there was a lot of waiting, I could other customers getting annoyed by the lack of service too so I am not over exaggerating. Read the reviews, thought we’d try it. It’s actually been the worst in terms of service in all the restaurants in the world I have been to. Empty restaurant, only 1 waiter who brings over our food with the bill we that didn’t ask for. We were also going to order dessert but didn’t bother as we took the bill coming over with our mains as a message to hurry up & eat & leave.
