There is so much to say about this place. The service was great, the receptionist and servers are lovely (hence why I gave 2 stars instead of 1), but the cleaners and the gardener weren’t as nice to us. The hotel is not clean, shower head is mouldy, there’s dust everywhere (tv, mirrors, bed frame, etc.), mirrors were so dirty they still had toothpaste stain from previous guests, towels and beddings had orange/red stains, toilet paper holder unusable, mouldy bathtub and walls, etc (see photos). Overall, the hotel does not meet 4 star standards at all like LoveHoliday said they are. One of the hairdryers was also not working in one of our rooms which is very disappointing. I also found some black curly long hair on the hangers and floors (for reference I have blonde hair short hair) from previous guests - revolting! The towel situation - the cleaner ‘cleaned’ our rooms and took all of our towels even though we were still using them, and took 3-4 hours (!!!) to give fresh towels. We did flag it up and requested more towels at reception and cleaners within that time but the cleaner replied ‘I am busy, I have other things to do’?! She should take a course in cleaning and customer service. Also had to wait 1 day for the Do not Disturb sign. We only had breakfast included (thankfully) the coffee was nice, the tea smelled, the pastries were literally 10/10, service was great but the food was limited and the same everyday which is boring. The only fruits they had were in a bowl; unpeeled oranges and apples. One day I saw that all of the oranges were mouldy in the bowl!!!!!!!!How horrible! There was a day when 7 sun beds were reserved from 12pm-17:00pm (left at 17:00 so some were still empty for 5+ hours), we had to lay on mattresses on the floor because there were no more available sun beds. In those 5 hours, the Gardener (I assume it was the gardener, he was always near the pool and wearing grey outfit) made sure that no one sat on those beds- told people to get off whenever someone tried to sit on them. My sister asked him if we could use 3 of those and he straight away said ‘No’. Two 70+ year old ladies sat on two of the sun beds but the Gardener made them get off and lay on the mattresses on the floor instead? (You can see 2 mattresses on the floor, they were laying on those) Over 3 hours (!!!) later, a young 20+ year old couple came and got on their reserved sun-beds, which seems very horrible how the Worker made the old ladies lay on the floor while no one was using the sun-beds & the young couple could easily be okay on the floor. I personally think it’s really cruel that the worker/gardener did that, and everyone working around the pool allowed this to happen (the towel man, the bar guy, the servers etc). Reserving sun-beds shouldn’t be a thing, especially not for 3+ hours, and the way they all knew about it and did nothing genuinely disgusts me. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend anyone, I personally won’t return. It was definitely an experience.

Personally this hotel is not 4 stars, when you enter you don’t get that wow feeling. Yes the pool area and area surrounding pool is lovely and well kept and the rooms are okay however the bathroom is outdated and needs modernising, and the bathroom is not exactly 100% clean and towels they give have dirt marks on them. Overall you don’t get that feeling of wow I’m staying in a four star hotel because it’s not well maintained and it’s dusty and dirty everywhere inside and the seating area outside is very tired and worn even the sunbeds and tables are dirty. They don’t change your bedding , I had to strip my bed put the sheets in bath and wet them to ensure they were changed. And the hotel generally was dirty. Breakfast is not reflective of a 4 star. Food at breakfast looked very dry. The best thing about breakfast is the freshly made eggs and flat bread. They have a menu for the pool area which is good but they don’t come and hand these out on a daily basis so you always have to go up to the bar area to look at menu and order. It would be good if they came round left the menus on tables by sunbeds and then came around regularly to take drinks /food orders. Personally I would recommend paying a bit extra and staying at another hotel. The worst thing about the hotel is that another hotel guest told us they were offered additional services by a female staff member at the hotel spa which are not services as listed on the hotel spa leaflet. That’s pretty disgusting behaviour.

After spending a glorious week in beautiful sunshine after a long winter, I was sceptical due to reading some of these reviews. We have stayed in some beautiful hotels all over the world. I am really not sure what it is people want. Who goes away to examine scuff marks on walls? We spent very limited time in our room other than to sleep or wash, it is a beautiful stroll from the hotel down to a spotlessly clean beach. Addmitingly, the rooms are dated, but the bed and shower were clean. The ground floor has been renovated to a beautiful standard. It is evident that the works are ongoing. The baby pool area was in the process of being re flagged, and the spar was closed due to renovation. Overall, we had a perfect, very cheap break in beautiful weather. We found each member of staff to be extremely friendly, from the greeter on the door to reception staff to the breakfast and bar staff, could not fault their customer service. Breakfast was a danish selection, salad selection, bread & cheese and an guy making omlettes. (A fruit selection would be nice) But hey ho! My advice to anybody who examines scuffs on walls and late towel deliveries is to spend an extra thousand pounds at one of the luxury hotels further afield, with the same sunshine 🌞 Thank you, Oasis. we would not hesitate to stay with you again.

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for 11 days. The location was good considering the beach was about 5 minutes away and there were shops and restaurants only a few minutes away as well. However, our room was located in the front of the hotel facing the street. There was a nightclub close to the hotel on the same side which was very noisy every single night, so if you’re a light sleeper I Would recommend bringing ear plugs. On top of this, the traffic here is very loud with people beeping all the time and since the hotel is located by a main road, it is very loud at times. The placement of the hotel was great in terms of activities that we booked. Each activity was able to pick us up from our hotel and drop us back as it’s located quite centrally. Overall the placement of the hotel is great, however the noise is what brings it down.

The food was ok. Breakfast was the same every morning except for 1 or 2 differences. Not a whole lot to choose from but it was decent enough. The main bits that were there every day were sausages which were nice, you could get an omelette and pancakes. There were nice fruit and veg options there as well, however there were flies in them which wasn’t exactly nice. The drinks were also ok. The mint tea was good but I did not like the coffee. We only had dinner there 2 of the 11 nights when we had to after being out at activities and it was okay, but we preferred to eat out. No drinks at all were included in the dinner, no juice or even water which surprised me. You had to order drinks which normally would be fine however the staff seemed annoyed every time we asked for anything like drinks or salt and pepper (which was never on the table)

The pool was very nice . The music could’ve been a little quieter outside as it was on all day and you didn’t get to really relax. But they played music for everyone and from lots of different cultures which I thought was very welcoming and nice. The sun loungers were okay, a little dirty so I would recommend bringing a towel to put on them. The pool itself was very clean and big enough to swim in. There’s a separate pool for little kids as well. There were some nice activities outside such as ping pong, archery, and a ball with goals for the pool.

Most staff were quite nice overall. Some restaurant staff just did not appreciate you asking them for things. The receptionists were nice. The cleaning lady was very kind as well however knocked very lightly so couldn’t hear when she was coming in at times. The towels also weren’t changed upon taking which was fine for us as we had other towels but I can see how it would inconvenience people who didn’t bring their own towels. Rashid who organises the trips was quite helpful however annoying at times. We came with pre booked activities which he wanted us to cancel and was quite persistent. We didn’t cancel anything but did book a day trip to Marrakech from him which he assured us would be very good and for a good price. It wasn’t great (I won’t go into detail about this on this post) and when I later checked the price on the App ‚get your guide’ it was €40 cheaper on the App than what we paid , for the exact same experience.

The hotel itself was nice enough. It could definitely do with some renovations such as paint and maybe bits done in the bathroom too. But overall our room was perfect for what we needed it for - sleeping, showering, and getting ready. However like I mentioned previously, the outside noises where our room was located kept us up sometimes.

Overall the hotel was okay. I think the price is fair enough, you get what you pay for. I do think a few changes could make this hotel into a really great one because it has lots...

Came to check in all was ok..wasn’t aware of city tax.. make sure you are aware of the city tax you have to pay..got to the room.. it was clean and freshly painted.. fresh towels daily and bed changed every other day..aircon seems to work.. all sockets and lights worked..fridge did not really get cold at all..bathroom in need of tlc but nothing major..hotel overall is very basic for what I have previously stayed in in other parts of the world.. if you are looking for cheap getaway/stay where you just sleep and change shower then this hotel is ok for that.. not once did we hear the club next door during our stay..I was shocked that being half board there was not any drink at evening meal.. no water or juice Coca Cola.. we had to ask for drinks and pay at the end of our meal for any drinks with evening meal which I have never experienced before..our cleaner was nice..the tour rep asked us what we wanted to do and was polite..we advised we did not know what we wanted to do yet..we didn’t get harassed..I found a lot of homeless and begging for money..parents outside stores making their children beg out side the shop further up the road the hotel is on..no kettle in room but we took one with us..we went out and brought water back from the shop for a brew in hotel..we took food and drinks to our room and was never questioned..we brought drinks and food from outside the hotel and was never questioned..me and my husband are fussy eaters.. I did speak with one of the men in the dinner area and I stated that my wish for a more mixed range of food.. the next night more was on offer.. food is different each night but always salad as an option too.. more fruits would have been appreciated..McDonalds and kfc Pizza Hut are not far away if you get hungry later in the evening..dinner/evening meal 7:30pm till 10:30 pm -breakfast 6am-10.30am..balcony very small but was on the side of the hotel..no iron in room or ironing board but I took a steamer from home..no complimentary tea or coffee in room and no cups either or glasses so be sure to take your own which we did or take a cup from dinning room..take your own teaspoons which we did and tea coffee sugar..bought extra sugar and milk from local store..pool area clean tidy..sun loungers could do with a power wash but make sure to take a towel with you to the pool area for on your lounger..not a lot of loungers so u must be quick..not been in spa due to fact I don’t like anything on my skin or anyone touching my skin with bare hands..during the day if only half board you can order soft drinks or beers and food burgers tacos ect but you do have to pay for any other food apart from breakfast and evening meal if half board..I would not recommend going all inclusive if you don’t drink alcohol..having a balance of eating out and meals at hotel is more my thing rather than being stuck to the hotel meals..hotel is quite quiet and not very many children which is great for people wanting a quieter holiday..we originally wanted a cheap and cheerful holiday with basic amenities due to being out for morning till evening which served...
