Its terrible to say the least! I did my research on the hotel and a few of the comments made by previous guests staying at this hotel over the Christmas period was that even though they were all-inclusive, they still had to pay for the Christmas and New Year’s Gala Dinners. So I confirmed with my agent what the cost of these dinners would be as it was very apparent that the prices were very different on the previous guest reviews. The agent was able to get in writing that the Christmas Gala Dinner was 600MAD and the New Years was free and both included my all-inclusive drinks. Great I thought, I only had to pay an extra 50 something euros and I was ok with that… Or so I thought! When I started to walk in to the dining area, I approached one of the members of staff and told them that I need to pay for the Gala. He advised that one of the managers would be over to me to sort but urged me to go in and start my meal. Halfway through my starter, the manager came over and asked for my room number, so I gave it to him and told him that I need to pay. He nodded and walked off, but only to come back with another manager who then proceeded to quite frustrated with me and said that if I didn’t pay now, I’d have to leave! I told him that I had already pointed out to both the other manager and another member of staff who told me to start my meal that I needed to pay and that I have no problem with this. We walked over to the till and out of the corner of my eye I saw that my table was being re-set and my starter was taken away. Once at the till, I enquired about the price of the meal to which one of the managers said 6000MAD! Not 600, but 6000! I said that the price must be a mistake and can that advise again to which both managers said 6000MAD! I then asked if they could write it down so that there was no confusion and so they did, a six followed by three zeros (6000) was written down on a piece of paper. I stressed to them that this was a mistake and that the price was extortionate! They once again insisted that this was correct and that if I didn’t like it then I would have to leave the dining area. I proceeded to go to my room to collect my paperwork that I had printed off and went back down to the till. I once more gave the managers a chance to redeem themselves to avoid any further ill feeling as at this point (like most of Agadir) I felt that they were clearly trying to rip me off. They still insisted that it was 6000 even though I advised them that sure they mean 600 but no, they were very clear on 6000 until I showed them my paperwork confirming that it was 600MAD not 6000MAD. Their reaction was of two school boys that have just been caught in the act without any way out of it. They tried to say that the paperwork was incorrect but at this point I was quite rood, said what needed to be said and walked off! I tried to complain that the reception desk which was pointless! I was advised that any non ‘Gala’ paying guest could eat in the other restaurant and once there I found the food fit for dogs, not fit for guests that have paid the extra for all-inclusive… To top off this horrific moment and to add insult to injury, a few days later I found out that at least four other All-Inclusive guest that were also asked for their room numbers, didn’t have to pay for the Gala Dinner at all!!! I will never go back to this hotel again and I would suggest to all that are thinking about a break to Agadir, to avoid at all costs. In no way is this hotel relaxing, comfortable, clean nor chilled out as everything is just too much work and stressed. Not good at all…

I have been in contact with Loveholidays via email, messenger and phone calls to the uk since our arrival on Thursday 1st August. All I keep getting told is talk to the receptionist as you book through a third agent. Your company are taking no responsibility for the advertising of a 4 star hotel with spa, gym, crazy golf, children’s play area. (None at this hotel) All inclusive as stated on our booking form in April. (Description changed on your website last week). No alcohol, no fizzy soft drinks, no snacks. No air conditioning, no fridge, stained bedding and towels. Missing plug sockets, open vents. The swimming pool is a health hazard. I have taken samples of the water for analysis when we get home. The pool is unsafe with a sheer drop in depth. No steps to get in and out of the pool without going into the deep end. The pool liner is actually slimy to the touch. The poolside has broken slabs, drainage holes and absolutely filthy. Rubbish on tables has been there all week but the dirt is months old. Today obviously someone has taken notice just not replied because they are shocking the pool with chemicals but this should not be done in the day when children are going in the pool because of their skin and ingestion. Both of our children have been sick all night either the food or because we had to let them get in the pool yesterday as it is so unfair for them to have nothing to do. Your advertisement stated all inclusive on our booking form in April but description changed last week on line. I do have screen shots from both. It states spa, gym, crazy golf, children’s play area non here!

1.The advertisement indicated an all-inclusive package, but we were informed a day before our arrival that it was actually a soft all-inclusive, which included limited drinks. The service provided was full board with only three meals and no late breakfast or dinner options. 2. The meals provided were not satisfactory in terms of quality and taste. 3. Your advertisement mentioned a gym, traditional Turkish bath, massage services, mini golf, a private stretch beach, and a 24-hour exchange. However, upon inquiry, the reception staff informed us that these facilities are not available on-site. 4. The room shown in the pictures appeared modern, but upon arrival, it was clear that it required refurbishment. The flooring was damaged, the flash was broken, and the electricity went out twice in our room. There was no telephone in the room for emergency contact with the reception, no electric kettle or coffee or tea bags, and no emergency alarm in the bathroom. 5. One of the swimming pools was green and unusable, yet the staff claimed it was acceptable. 6. The WiFi was unstable during my stay, which was clearly advertised on your website. However, when I brought this issue to their attention, the staff denied any problems with the connection. Despite these issues, I would like to commend the hotel staff for their respectful and professional conduct throughout my stay. Also, I have attached pictures from their website and from our room that we stayed in. I do not recommend this hotel.

I will get straight to the point. Location is great walking distance to beach. Apart from that everything else is horrible and the so called 4 star hotel is by far not a 4 star. I would give 1 star just for the location and view from balcony in room. The rooms are outdated and not to a reasonable standard with socket fixtures broken, cracks in the wall and floors with dust or marks that look like dust, not very appealing. The worst comes in the bathroom toilet area, what can I say, definitely 0 star for this. Please see my attached photos that I took. The toilet had a really bad smell coming from it, maybe the water not sure bur again not easy to use due to the smell. The towels were ripped, shower head and curtain rail had rust all over them. The hair dryer in the washroom was I don't know maybe a 1960s hair dryer that barely blew out hot hair. I could go on and on. It was a terrible stay that I had to cut short to 1 night and rebook another hotel. Even after asking reception about a different room to be moved into to give them the benefit of doubt, the response was all our rooms are like this. Going onto the breakfast which was included for the 1 night I stayed again was poor. The bread was stale so was most of the dry stuff and fruit which I guess was used each morning for breakfast without checking the quality of food. Only good part was the fresh omelets and type of morrocon bread (misimin) that was made by the women. The coffee machine has had its days not dispensing any coffee but just hot milk or water. So breakfast isn't worth it overall. I read mixed reviews before booking here with some saying it's actually not bad at all and they don't understand why people are leaving low score reviews, they are totally confused in my eyes because you have to understand that this hotel is advertising as a 4 star and to get a 1 star service is like being robbed. So I would advise anyone looking to boom this hotel to avoid it. There are plenty better hotels in same area for same price or less. It's time the owners pulled their socks up and had a total renovation. Not to mention the pool area and seating, the seating were dirty and outdated and worn. The swimming pool not in use with the water being cleaned out. Overall a waste of money and 1 night. Got my holiday off to a horrible start. I've tried to upload photos but for some reason it is not letting me. I will try and find a way to get these uploaded as it's only fair for customers to make a sound judgement on where they stay and not be robbed from a place like this which I felt I was and I wouldn't want some other couple, group or family to experience the...

Returned from Royal Mirage with my husband just over a week ago, we stayed for a week and sadly we didn't have a good holiday experience at all at this hotel. From the moment we walked into the lobby the hotel is dark and dated and wi-fi is very hit and miss. Our room was very basic indeed and with single beds, not ideal for a couple! Had a balcony with a pool view. Room had a safe. No amenities for tea or coffee but it had a fridge. Beds were made up each day but linen was never changed in the week we were there. Bathroom was also very basic. First night I had a shower the bathroom floor was like a swimming pool as the shower head was fixed in position which meant the water hit the back wall and ran down onto floor. Needless to say I never noticed until I got out, should have left my bikini on!! Had to hold the shower spray for every shower! By our toliet there was a nail sticking out from the floor, lost count how many times we both hurt our feet on it! Towels were changed daily but sometimes we would wait for hours for them to be replaced with fresh ones, although they never looked fresh, more grey than white and with stains on. I was happy I took our own! Food was the biggest disappointment of our holiday. I have been all inclusive many times so I am under no illusions as to what food hotels dish up but I'm not sure whether the fact that we were there during Ramadan had an effect on this? The best meal was breakfast by far, eggs were on menu everyday whether that be scrambled, boiled or omlette. Pancakes were available too. Yogurt and fruit also options. Sadly their coffee was awful. Tea was ok. Lunch and dinner were horrible, repetitive and bland. We gave up and ate at Macdonald's for 2 lunches (can't believe we had to resort to that!) We also ate out for 3 of the nights too. Can highly recommend Pure Passion in the Marina and Nil Bleu on the beach. Pool area wasn't clean, sunbeds were terrible and parasols were filthy and almost non existent. Tables weren't cleaned from one day to the next. Pool was clean. Towel guy was the only miserable one there! Entertainment team were lovely guys. Since returning I've have been off work with gastroenteritis so all in all a holiday disaster. Shame. This hotel is far from a 4*...
