Le Maxwell — Restaurant in Agadir

Worst diner ever . We went there because they had vegetarian options . We ordered a vegetarian tajine and a vegetarian couscous . The tajine arrived . It looks really far from marocain standards . Veggies were cut in slices instead a long pieces ( there was green beans and broccoli which have nothing to do in this dish ) , they were swimming in sooooo much oil and it didn’t taste anything at all . Not one spice and no salt ! We are waiting for the second dish the server is telling us it s coming in 2 mn . We are waiting 10 mn . Still no dish . Mine is starting to get cold . We call the server who is saying it s coming . 5 more minutes nothing coming . We are complaining , he says it s his fault he forgot to give the order to the kitchen like if be admitting it we would be make everything fine . We are 2 , we didn’t order any starter , the restaurant is far from being busy and he forgets 1 dish out of 2 on an order ?!!! My dish is absolutely tasteless, cold and I m pissed . He proposed to cancel the order in kitchen like he was doing is a favour . We left after sharing 1/2 a cold and tasteless dish . Absolutely...

Je fréquente le Bar Maxwell à Agadir depuis un bon moment déjà, et je suis ravi de constater que l'endroit ne cesse de s'améliorer à chaque visite. Pour moi, c'est sincèrement l'un des meilleurs, si ce n'est le meilleur, endroit où passer du temps à Agadir. Tout y est généralement très bien. Les prix sont raisonnables, la qualité de la nourriture est constante et satisfaisante, et que dire du personnel ? Ils sont tout simplement incroyables : toujours accueillants, professionnels et sympathiques. C'est un vrai plaisir d'être servi par une équipe aussi compétente. Cependant, il y a un point sur lequel je pense que le Maxwell pourrait encore progresser : la musique live. L'ambiance musicale est un élément crucial de la vie nocturne à Agadir, et bien que l'intention soit là, je crois qu'ils pourraient viser plus haut pour attirer davantage de clients et fidéliser les habitués. Une programmation musicale de meilleure qualité ou plus variée ferait vraiment la différence et pourrait les positionner comme une référence dans ce domaine, ce qu'ils méritent vu la qualité globale de l'établissement. Un autre souhait que j'aimerais exprimer concerne la terrasse. Il serait appréciable que la clientèle marocaine puisse également profiter des places en extérieur, qui semblent parfois réservées en priorité aux touristes. Une politique d'attribution des places plus équitable serait une excellente chose. malgré ces deux points (la musique live perfectible et la suggestion concernant la terrasse), le Bar Maxwell reste une adresse de choix à Agadir grâce à ses tarifs, sa cuisine et surtout son personnel exceptionnel. C'est un endroit où je retourne toujours avec plaisir et que je recommande, en espérant voir ces quelques aspects s'améliorer pour qu'il devienne véritablement...

I went to have a good time with my parents at Maxwell, but we had a bad experience because of a rude and arrogant waitress named Mariam, I think. That awful person has no business being there. She couldn't even take my order, each time she had to call another waiter. Too bad for Maxwell to have her on staff. However, the rest of the staff is friendly and really attentive. Sherif, a real gentleman, accompanied us and made sure we found a taxi before leaving. The place is my favorite spot whenever I come to Agadir. But that awful woman Mariam has no place...
