Le service des vendeuses au niveau de la boutique AL MASSIRA empire de jour en jour. Les vendeuses sont désagréables et mnt elles nous voient en train d'attendre pour être servi (on peut pas dire qu'elles ne nous a pas vu) mais elle nous voit les yeux dans les yeux, je lui dis bonjour, et elle repart....elle rentre à l'arrière boutique sans rien dire, nous laissant en plant.....et ce n'est pas la première fois que ça arrive....c'est irrespectueux de traiter les clients comme ça.....c'est bien dommage pcq je suis cliente depuis plusieurs années et vous avez perdu toute la famille en clients....la première chose que recherche un client est un service impeccable....là, le service est loin d'être impeccable....il est même pas correct....et en plus vous n'arrêtez d'augmenter les prix.... ok vous augmentez les prix mais le service doit être impeccable pour suivre votre hausse de prix, vous ne pouvez pas mettre des prix comme ça avec un service aussi nul...c'est même pas nul c'est du manque de respect total. Au moins recrutez des serveuses polies c'est un minimum dans la vente, je ne parle même pas du sourire etc....ça c'est un autre niveau, mais qd on applique des prix comme ça on se doit d'offrir un service impeccable...bref...heureusement que dans le quartier la concurrence s'est installé et je vous assure qu'on est nombreux à n'avoir pas hésité une seule seconde à aller chez la...

A Frenchman served me at the store and given it was my first time I asked for an introduction to their offerings and my Frenchman tiredlessly went through all of their patisseries. There are also tasters of their new loaf which were delicious. A typical small bakery item is about 5 dirham so it's not the cheapest but from what I tasted of my batch combined with the outstanding service I think it's worth the price and I would go back...
