A true American barbecue (even better) experience in Casablanca! Thank you Yassir for your congenial and superb warm welcome the first time we went there just venturing out how your burgers are. That truly started our almost weekly trips to Pastrama, not only for the burgers but mostly for the barbecue spare ribs, the pastrami sandwiches (check xxl pastrami sandwich if you are a BIG eater and can't get enough of the regular one), corned beef sandwich, salads (check out the Quinoa salad) and basically almost everything in your menu. If you are a diehard fan of NY Junior's cheesecake or Cheesecake Factory's cheesecakes back in the US, then this is your place to be.

Thank you FatimaZahra (not sure if I spell your name right, apologies if I didnt) for being a dedicated server every time we are there. We love your friendly and attentive service. Thank you for taking care of us everytime we were there!

The place itself is perfect! Great AC (when we thought all of Morocco is not a big fan of AC even in hot temps), great vibe and ambiance. I would have never knew that Pastrama has been open over a year now - that's how immaculate, clean the place is!

We love coming to your restaurant. Your barbecue spare ribs and deli sandwiches are the best, even better than the US - where we have all these! You elevated our barbecue beef dining experience (fyi- my husband is not into barbecue meats, not even in the US. But with Pastrama, he has been hooked!) Please keep up the standards and the upkeep of your place.

We will miss you once we go back to the US. Until...

The place looks great, the staff is very welcoming, the food is good overral, the chicken burger was a bit undercooked but it wasn't too bad.

The two problems I have in particular are: #1 the pricing, it is a bit overpriced in general but also for the quantity of certain things on the menu ,particularly the appetisers such as the meatballs #2 adding different sides without being requested that cost money... I find it very odd that you don't ask for a particular item, for example in our case, we were given the fries on the side and we assumed they were part of the menu because we didn't even ask for them and they were not proposed whatsoever by the waiter, so that's something you need to pay attention to, it's not a matter of price it's just very weird to add different things that were not requested that cost money... sure it may not be that expensive especially comparing it to actual items in the menu but it's just wrong and very...

We had an amazing experience at Pastrama in Casablanca! I visited with my husband and our little daughter, and everything was simply perfect. The food was absolutely delicious—from the fresh salad to the main dish, the fruits, and the desserts, everything was served with great care and wonderful flavors.

The service was outstanding. The manager, Amine, personally looked after us throughout our visit, always making sure we had everything we needed—whether it was water, juice, or anything else. His kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly special. The waiter was also very attentive and extremely sweet with our daughter, which made our evening even more enjoyable.

It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of delicious food and impeccable service. We will definitely come back to Pastrama, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience...
