I was fortunate enough to receive a recommendation for this restaurant from a knowledgeable concierge at the Casablanca Four Seasons. We hopped into a taxi and arrived at a corner in downtown Casablanca, a bit away from the seaside restaurants, but little did we know, a culinary gem awaited us.
As soon as we took our seats, the attentive staff was eager to take our drink and food orders. The maitre/owner of the restaurant personally ensured that our selections aligned with our tastes and preferences, setting the stage for a truly outstanding gourmet experience.
The dishes served to us were a delightful symphony of flavors and textures, clearly crafted with passion and care in the kitchen. Whether we ordered pasta or meats, each dish exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and presentation.
When it came to dessert, we decided to put our trust in the maitre's recommendations once again, and we were not disappointed. The final course was a fitting conclusion to an exceptional dining experience.

Read moreJ’ai passé 8 ans de ma vie en italie. Lorsque j’ai gouté le risotto je me suis dit « enfin » J’ai du essayer tout les italiens de Casa et c’est la première fois que je suis convaincue. Ils revisitent des classiques et on retrouve parfaitement les saveurs de l’Italie avec meme ce petit truc en plus… C’est sensationnel. Mention spéciale pour le tartare de thon rouge ; un pur bonheur en bouche (meme si un tout petit peu trop de sel). Niveau prix ce sont des prix « normaux » en Europe, certes un peu cher pour ici mais ca reste correct pour un restaurant d’une telle qualité. Enfin les quantités sont juste ce qu’il faut pour faire un repas complet (entrée, plat, dessert). Conclusion : je pense que les mauvais commentaires sont dus a une certaine frustration dus aux portions/prix mais ceux qui disent que la cuisine y est mauvaise ne connaissent tout simplement pas la vraie cuisine italienne.
