This is by far the worst 'Italian' food I have ever had in my life and the most pushy 'service' I have ever experienced in my entire life! Believe me, if I could have given this place zero (0) stars I would have done so!

We had salmon tagliatelle and vegetable pizza. Well, we ordered salmon tagliatelle and vegetable pizza but what we were served was not recognisable as these dishes. In fact, this restaurant should be sued for advertising under false pretences. The tagliatelle was ridiculously over-cooked, the salmon was ridiculously salty, and the cream sauce so heavy as to be inedible. Even though I was extremely hungry I could not bring myself to have more than a few bites of this DISGUSTING and FOUL dish. 0/10.

As for the pizza, well, what can I say? First, it was stone cold. Second, it was quite obviously a ready-made pizza base. I actually suspect it was a frozen base bought from the supermarket, and I mean that in all seriousness. Even though there is a wood-fired brick oven in this restaurant I noticed that I did not see it actually being used. I suspect it is just for decoration and show. I also did not see anyone roll out any pizza bases.

The pizza was also very oily. I actually think it had been fried. Yes, fried in a pan! This pizza was actually a random selection of cold vegetables on a base of fried dough. It was, like the tagliatelle, awful. 0/10.

The worst thing about this restaurant, however, is the service. Yes, the service was even worse than the 'food' (if it can indeed be called food).

We were half way through trying to force a few mouthfuls of the awful food down (since we were paying so much for it - Luigi is not cheap) when the waiter started to ask us if we had finished! What on Earth! I have NEVER been asked if I have finished while still eating before! This waiter kept asking if we had finished. This was VERY annoying. I actually felt like asking what the rush was! It was only about 7pm so nowhere near closing time!

However, the reason for the waiter's obvious impatience soon became all too clear. Check this out! He actually brought us the bill (which we had NOT asked for) and placed it on the table, saying, "Can you pay now as my shift is ending"! So this cretin thought he was going to get a tip and obviously needed us to pay the bill before he left!!!!! How outrageous is that? (Needless to say he most certainly did not get a tip from us!) Once this disrespectful, rude cretin saw that he had not got a tip he uttered some obscenities half under his breath and left. We will certainly never return to this 'Italian' restaurant.

Another problem with this pseudo Italian restaurant is that it does not have an alcohol licence. So, if you were looking forward to enjoying a nice glass of wine with your meal you will be sorely disappointed. It is a shame they do not serve alcohol because the food is so bad alcohol is perhaps needed to cleanse your palate afterwards and to remove any traces of their awful, foul, disgusting cooking...

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. the service was extremely slow. The place was also not clean, which made me feel uncomfortable. Honestly, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. **My reply to the owner’s comment: Thank you for your reply. However, my experience at your restaurant was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. I did not feel welcomed, nor did I receive the attention a customer deserves. Cleanliness and professionalism were clearly lacking, and this is not acceptable. I am now back in the UK, and I will certainly never return to a place where I felt disrespected and neglected. if you wanna come to this place, be prepared for illogical reasons to ruin your night from a reckless manager that doesn't even know how to talk to his customer. I went to this place with my friends for dinner, and we chose to sit in the main dinning erea. While we were eating we started smelling cigarettes behind us inside the restaurant, so we had to talk to the manager for this, but unfortunately the manager told as that he cannot do anything and it's the owner's policy to let people smoke inside the restaurant.
