I went to the restaurant for lunch with my friend, and we both ordered paella for 160 dhs each. We waited for 45 minutes, then we had to ask the server if it was ready. When it finally arrived, it was disgustingly cold. To make matters worse, the manager was the most terrible person there, yelling at the servers in a disrespectful manner. We felt so sorry for the servers that we didn't want to burden them with reheating the dish. When we asked for the bill, we noticed an additional 10 dhs besides the service fees, with no explanation. When we inquired about it, the server had no idea and had to call the manager. The manager came over and explained arrogantly that some menus weren't updated, so the paella was actually 165 dhs each. It’s a very big average considering the price tag.

First, service is incredibly slow. You have to wait too long to be served, too long to get the food and too long to get the bill.

Second, price/quality/quantity is too low. We order calamari and some fish croquette, the quantity is small for the price. And taste wise, booof. Nothing to waw or to justify the price.

We ordered paella. It was good.

Soda drink are incredibly expensive. I mean you can put any price tag you want, but how can you justify sidi ali 1l costing 40 dhs, or small hawaii costing 30dhs.

One more important point, it’s written that there is service fees of 5% included. However, waiters confirmed that the service fees do not go to them...

I visited this place with my wife. The idea was first to try an authentic spanish paella. We were convinced through the reviews that this olace serves great paellas. We were NOT dissapointed. Upong entering, you will immediately start smelling the mediterranean freshness coming out from their kitchen. The service was great. The food tasted so authentic as well. I would recommend also trying the mexican mini tacos. The new chef is from Venizuella, side by side withe Luis, the original chef. Visit this place and you are in for a treat!
