As someone who truly loves pastilla, I was excited to finally try Pastilla Régal, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and professional service. The staff were not only friendly but also very attentive, which created a relaxed and pleasant dining atmosphere.

I chose the trio menu, which included a salad, three different types of pastillas, and a jawhara for dessert. The salad was basic, fresh and clean, although not particularly memorable. Still, it worked well as a light and refreshing start to the meal.

The real highlight was the pastillas. Each one was beautifully prepared with crisp layers and well-balanced fillings. The seasoning was just right, and you could taste the care that went into every bite. Whether you are already a fan of Moroccan cuisine or trying pastilla for the first time, this place is a great choice.

To end the meal, the jawhara was a pleasant surprise. It was light, creamy, and perfectly sweet without being too heavy. It tied the whole experience together beautifully.
