Well lets start by saying i am writing this review while sitting at the restaurant at this moment ,, it s a buffet that s suppose to start from noon to midnight . I arrived at 9 pm found most food cold and shows that was left under the heat for too long that the chicken shawarma was super dry and hard , the paella was cold and the rice was hard that i had to tell the server , also the carrots were were smelly in a bad way that after we told the server they had to take the whole bowl inside. this it s not my first buffet to go to but comparing to the price which is not cheap at all u expect the quality to be good which unfortunately was a horrible experience . In a buffet u know the serving trays are suppose to get refilled with fresh ones but these ones were left for toooooooo long .. i do not recommend this buffet to anyone honestly i paid 450 dh and didnt eat that even the server noticed and apologized (((...

We visited the Gala restaurant for their buffet, priced at 150dh per person, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. From the start, we didn’t feel welcomed. One of the women assistants treated us in a way that made us uncomfortable, as if we didn’t know how to behave at a buffet. She kept coming over, telling us where to place utensils, and even tried to take away our plates before we were done, making us feel rushed as though we were being pushed out of the restaurant. This behavior made the entire experience uncomfortable, and we didn’t enjoy our time there. Additionally, the chairs were not comfortable, which added to our dissatisfaction. To make matters worse, when I asked for tea, I was told it wasn’t included in the buffet, and we would have to pay extra. Overall, the service and ambiance left much to be desired, and we wouldn’t recommend...

J'ai commandé hier via Glovo a ce ( restaurant )et mon éxperience etait extremement décevante!! Tout d'abord, j'ai commandé une crepe poulet fromage. Mais le poulet était périmé et l'odeur qui s'en dégageait était insupportable, en plus d'avoir une couleur bleue bizarre ! C'était vraiment dégoûtant et ça aurait pu être dangereux pour ma santé!!!! J'ai aussi commandé une crêpe au fromage. Mais des parties du fromage avaient une couleur différente, ce qui montre clairement que le fromage n'était pas bien conservé!! C'est vraiment catastrophique.. + j'ai commandé une crêpe au Nutella, mais devinez quoi ? Ils m'ont apporté une crêpe avec du chocolat normal ! et ils ont ajouté des fruits secs alors que c'est pas ca que jai commandé et que je n'en mangeais pas ! Et ce n'est pas tout, j'ai aussi commandé une crêpe au Nutella et à la banane pour mon amie, ainsi qu'une gaufre au Nutella et à la noisette. Et devinez quoi encore une fois ? Toujours du chocolat normal et des fruits secs sur les deux desserts ! C'est vraiment du manque de professionnalisme et ils ne font pas attention aux détails BOISSONS: j'ai commandé un milkshake au chocolat, mais le gobelet en plastique était troué et j'ai reçu seulement la moitié de ma boisson ! C'est vraiment du gaspillage et j'étais vraiment frustré!! aussi un smoothie à l'ananas, à l'orange et à la banane, mais ils m'ont apporté un simple jus de banane avec du lait ! C'était complètement différent de ce que j'avais commandé et ça montre qu'ils n'ont absolument rien compris.

De plus hhh ! J'ai trouvé un grand spider dans le sac de livraison de Glovo!! C'était vrm une expérience effrayante et totalement inacceptable!..ce sont de véritables voleurs!!!qui servent des aliments périmés, ne respectent pas les commandes et se fichent complètement des préférences des clients. J'espère sincèrement que les autorités compétentes prendront des mesures pour mettre fin à ces...
