This is the worst service I have ever had in my entire life, I travel a lot, I do understand that in some cases the food is not at our taste but Kim resto is the worst on all levels: Very bad and cold service, never take their Royal soupe (It's hot water mixed with herbs) it tastes so bad and when it was the time to pay we asked for the bill many times and instead of bringing the bills to us, we were obliged to go to the counter to pay. Nous avons dîné ce soir dans ce restaurant et malheureusement l’expérience a été très décevante. Au moment du service, le serveur a accidentellement renversé deux bols de sauce sweet chili à l’ail sur nous. Résultat : nos vêtements, sacs et lunettes ont été entièrement tachés, les bols se sont cassés sur la table, et les propriétaires, pourtant présents sur place, n’ont même pas pris la peine de présenter des excuses. Nous avons dû sortir chercher des lingettes à l’extérieur pour nettoyer.

Malgré cela, nous avons choisi de rester calmes et de poursuivre le dîner. La salade était correcte, mais les Aromaki crevettes n’étaient pas bons. J’ai signalé le problème au serveur, en précisant que je n’avais rien mangé, mais le plat nous a tout de même été facturé.

Aucun geste commercial, aucune considération, aucune excuse. C’est dommage, car un minimum d’attention et de respect du client aurait suffi à atténuer l’incident. Expérience très décevante que je ne...
