I asked the man for a bottle of water and an extra portion of rice in addition to the one that would be served with the plate. It was a simple request. He didn't bring the water at all and came back to me saying that it wasn't possible to serve that extra rice. I asked why, and he explained that I needed to pick just one, assuming I wanted an extra serving for free when I was willing to pay for the additional thing. To my surprise, the rice I requested was not well-cooked and of very poor quality. Even when they replaced it, I couldn't eat it, the food also was way too salty. I recently dined at “Little Mamma Tanger” and unfortunately, it was a major letdown. The food was not only raw but also tasteless, leaving a lot to be desired.

To make matters worse, the customer service was appalling. When I brought my concerns to the attention of the cashier(lady on the cashier ) displayed a complete lack of care. Her dismissive attitude and indifference made it clear that my feedback didn’t matter to her. It felt like I was just another customer to rush through rather than someone whose experience was valued.

I have been a regular at Little Mamma in Mohammedia where the service and food are consistently great. However my experience at their Tangier location was a complete disappointment. The staff was unprofessional and inattentive making the experience feel like eating a sandwich in a crowded souk. It lacked the polish and courtesy I’ve come to expect.
