Authentic!!!! Finding Javanese food in Morocco is extremely rare; you can count the options on one hand. But this place is a gem. The food is delicious, the service is fast, and the peanut sauce tastes truly authentic. They even serve it with prawn crackers, just like back home.
I once had an allergic reaction to one of the dishes I ordered, and the owner immediately replaced my meal without hesitation — the kind of service you’d expect at a fancy restaurant.
As for the price, it’s very reasonable. Of course, if you compare it to other restaurants serving food from different countries, keep in mind that Javanese ingredients are almost impossible to find in Morocco, everything has to be imported. But the highlight is still the taste: truly authentic.
The location is also easy to access. It’s conveniently close to the beach, which makes the experience even better.
It’s not just the food. the drinks are great too. Highly recommended if you’re craving real, homemade...
Read moreAbsolutely loved our visit to Restaurant Ra! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm ambiance and stylish decor. The service was outstanding — friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing.
The food was truly the highlight of the evening. Every dish was a perfect balance of creativity and flavor, beautifully presented and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. We especially loved the [insert specific dish if you’d like], which was a standout. The menu offers a great mix of vegetarian and meat options, and the wine pairing was spot on.
You can feel the passion behind everything they do, from the kitchen to the front of house. It’s rare to find a place that delivers such a consistent and memorable dining experience. We’ll definitely be returning soon and recommending Restaurant Ra to all...

The service, however, was excellent. The staff was friendly, the place looked clean and well-kept, and the food was served relatively quickly (though I did visit during a quiet time). Service definitely gets a 10 out of 10.
What really disappointed me was the price-to-quality ratio. For Moroccan standards, I felt the meal was quite expensive considering the quality of the food. If the prices had been a bit more reasonable, I wouldn’t have minded as much — but as it stands, it just didn’t feel like good value for money.
In short: glad I tried it once, but I wouldn’t rush to come back unless the pricing becomes...
