Came for dinner here 3 nights in a row. Fantastic, wholesome, authentic food and as a foreigner you can be confident you won’t get sick here. It’s a family owned restaurant and the food is fresh and restaurant very clean. It was a recommendation from our Riad and did not disappoint!! The tagine is excellent. I tried the potato/olive one the first night. Second night - prune/almond. Third night we asked for a special local dish and the owner was so generous to make it for us. Each time left with a smile. Read moreMy fiancé and I have eaten here four times during our visit. The food is excellent, the host is wonderful and the price is amazing! The chicken, almond and date tagine was the best we had, even compared to some very expensive restaurants. I also loved the grilled sole and vegetable couscous. The place is family run and you can tell they really care about their restaurant and their service. It’s just off a pretty square so you can watch the activity in the square but dine in peace. I’m so happy we found it and we will certainly go back again before we leave...

Please be aware that since it is in a public square it is open to performance groups that will play and go up to all the patrons of the food places asking for money after they play. This happened 4 times during one meal- and it’s not even high season. I threw in 10 dh to a couple hats at first and ignored the other 2 groups ...
