Indian factory — Restaurant in Fez

I'm writing this as I'm waiting more than 45 minutes after placing an order for samosas and pakoras and a mango lassi. I had been excited about finding an Indian restaurant in Fes but this has been a very poor experience. I have never had such a long wait at the food court. I suppose the only part of this restaurant that seems "Indian" is the "almost done, just one more minute and it will be ready" excuse that the person at the counter is providing each time we ask for an update. We started our day with a delicious lunch before exploring the food court, but we were pleasantly surprised when we stumbled upon the Indian factory, renowned for its delectable Indian cuisine. Although we had just eaten, we couldn't resist sampling their mouthwatering samosas, flavorful chicken tikka masala, aromatic chicken tandoori, and freshly baked naan. Atmosphere - it’s in a mall. Don’t expect much at all. Service is fine - the guys are doing the best they can given the training and menu they’re given. The food is not great. I don’t know who gave the 4.5 average rating but clearly they haven’t tried Indian food before - ever. Stay away from the fried samosas and pacoras - it was just refried and horrible.
