Been there for three days to enroll my kid with absolutely nothing to show for it. The Worst experience just to get nothing done! So read this before you go. First thing is the Security at the door talking to you like they're doing you a favor or something, acting more like bouncers at a bar than school security. Once inside I waited for an hour just to be rushed for paying the test fee, didn't even take 30 seconds. Then waited again for the test, to be told to come back tomorrow for results. Day two same thing waiting for an hour and a half to reach the front desk just to be told that my kid did so good she needs to retake another test, and the morning tests are over. so we had to come back the afternoon at 3 and waited again. Day three, waited the whole morning, because they couldn't find her test papers just to be told at noon that they gave her the same old test and nothing changed and we should come yet again for the test, the Worst thing is instead of apologizing or at least being decent the lady from the front desk was like "either come again for the test or leave" and that was it for me. Three days waisted of my vacation and nothing to show for it. When I asked for someone in the administration, the front desk said "well no one is around for the moment" But I managed to find someone myself and they turned out to be a decent human being, that really tried to get it fixed and offered solutions Instead of ultimatums so Thank you Mr. Christian. Well, It was a very bad experience of me to reached there the staff here does not have the manners to talk nor does she know how to talk to his customer and the girl who stand at the counter to fill the form and take money talks to everyone in a very hooligan tone.
