Introduction: I love ethnic cuisine, particularly Moroccan bohemian, and when I can I escape from stress to relax in Morocco; I have just returned from the last Moroccan interrail and among my stops this time I stopped to get to know the city of Fes better and it is here that by chance, being Italian anyway, one evening for dinner to break the daily search for excellent tajine based of lamb and couscous, I wanted a pizza, I discovered this incredible but TRUE little ITALIAN reality! I returned twice, for the excellent quality of the Italian products, they even had the original burratina from my beloved Puglia! In a distinguished neighborhood, a place elegant in its simplicity, refined in the creation of the dishes, you could see and feel the presence of the hand of true Italian professionals. The first evening I tried the Pizza but as a takeaway... It felt like I was eating in Naples at Michele's, an institution for true Neapolitan pizza, even the oven was from Cirigliano, while on the second evening there was a salad with fresh burratina... And then a excellent Zola risotto with lemon and walnuts, which confirms their Lombard origin from Limone sul Garda,... Well, what else can I add, notable in the service and in making you feel in "Italy".. Thank you for everything, we will certainly see you...

The fresh pasta is delicious.
The dessert… super wow.
The quality of the ingredients is high, so the price are absolutely correct.
I’m very happy of discovering this place. I’m absolutely a new happy customer, me...

Everything we had was delicious-The burratina was definitely a highlight, as well as the cookery on the bread and pizza crusts. No alcohol is served but this seems to be fairly common in Morocco.
Reda (our server) had a great attitude and made our meal even more welcoming. The ambiance was nice but casual, and several tables had children with them.
By the time we left, the restaurant was getting quite busy, but it looked like some patrons called ahead for a reservation.
Would...
