I recently had the pleasure of dining at "Le Petit Beur," a charming Moroccan restaurant in Rabat. The traditional couscous at Le Petit Beur is a true masterpiece - the fluffy couscous paired with tender meat and flavorful vegetables creates a delightful blend of Moroccan spices that transport you to the heart of Morocco with every bite. To add to the authentic experience, there was a talented musician playing the Oud, filling the air with enchanting melodies that enhanced the dining atmosphere. The combination of delicious food and live music made the evening truly memorable. The service at Le Petit Beur was exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of. Overall, Le Petit Beur offers a delightful taste of Morocco with its traditional cuisine, soulful music, and top-notch service. It's definitely a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the essence of Moroccan dining! 🎶🍲

I ll let my full satisfied stomach write this review! The first thing about le petit beur is that moroccan traditional feel you get right away when you step in! A wonderful interior with moroccan zelij all over the place that has been here since 1994 said the Restaurant manager. Yellow, bleu, and white color giving this cozy, warm feel to this amazing place... Then you get to see the menu, it rich with different choices, salty, sweet... Heavy and light dishes, it's up to you to decide! I went for Moroccan bestila for the main meal and a Taktouka as a salad! First, i am moroccan, and Bestila is a very common dish in here, but to be honest, i have never had a bestila this tasty and rich, tasted as good as it looked! Food were tasty, in a cozy interior, 200% value for price! I highly reccomend Le petit beur!

Nice Tajines dishes. Tried the Agneau aux carottes (lamb and carrots) and the Agneau and aubergines (lamb and eggplant). Both were delicious and the meat nice and tender. I liked the eggplant version a bit better. Carrot version is a bit more brothy if that helps. Friendly staff and live music for dinner. The pace is a slow European style service meaning allocate 2 hrs for dinner. Not a place to grab a quick dinner and go. Best food I've had in Rabat so well worth going to.

Lovely restaurant with delicious food. Clean plates, nice variety of flavors and fair portions. It is in Le Routard for a reason.

I really find some of the reviews absurd and unfair. The plates are not expensive and the service is very prompt. I have been all over Morocco for a few weeks now and find this to be a perfect modern restaurant highlighting the traditional flavors with a bistro take on simple and elegant cuisine. If you want massive plates that leave you stuffed you go to a street vendor. Also the service is attentive and prompt. The gentleman is a professional, not trying to be your best friend.

Will be...
