Hotel La Capitale, Rabat — Hotel in Hassan حسان

It's the third time I come to La Capitale, usually when Le Pietri is full.||||And - while the other times it was ok - this time I was really shocked.||||I booked a suite for 3 people. And at night I realized that there were only 2 small towels and 2 bigger ones (though not comfortable enough for taking a shower, in my opinion).||||I asked some new towels and... they gave me some BROKEN towels! Unbelievable.||||But the worst was when I asked to have some more since the previous were broken and... I got one that at first seemed ok but then I realized it was repaired with some tape! INCREDIBLE.||||Another incredible thing is that they give you some slippers but they are used from the previous guest! The first time I noticed I just thought that somebody else left them in the room. It couldn't be.||||Now, why do I say that it's ruined by bad management?||||It's because the hotel could be a gem. It's newly renovated and with some small touches of style (the room designer had an "arguable" style to say the least :-)) it could be really an amazing property.||||But this way they are pushing clients away. Now... of course they are extremely nice and I feel bad to point the finger towards management, but when something doesn't work, at any level, it's ALWAYS because of bad management.||||Come on, stop being cheap and make this property great!||||P.S. Don't have breakfast there. There are the same croissants every day,...

The hotel is a modern building and has a good looking architecture. It has modern facilities with proper water supply and adequate air conditioning. It is situated in a quiet street and nice environment. It has a twenty hour electricity supply and I have experienced no power cut during my one week stay over there. It is located in a safe area of the city. It is strategically located, near the big local market, near the train station and other business facilities.The La capitale hotel has a modern infrastructure with modern lifts and proper alarm system (Fire and theft). The building is properly safeguarded on a twenty four hour basis and I felt safe there during my stay.||The services provided at this hotel are appreciable though for diner the price is not very attractive or else quite expensive for my budget. But in the vicinity, there are plenty of food outlets where one can easily find something reliable to eat.The tap water in the hotel itself was safe and did not have to buy bottled water nor boil water prior to drinking. ||At night or early in the morning, one may be occasionally disturbed by the trams as there is a tramway not far...

Room: Clean, modern decor. I had 2 rather narrow single beds in the room. There was air conditioning in the room, though I didn't use it. The TV didn't have many channels, but it was not a problem. ||||Bathroom: Simple, clean. Hot water was hot, and shower was high pressure. Water is said to be drinkable.||||WiFi: Free, but signal in the room was not good. I had to get my laptop to associate with the beacon, while standing next to the door, before I can move the laptop elsewhere in the room. There is limited signal in the restaurant on the ground floor. ||||Decor: Clean, modern, tidy, all throughout the hotel. ||||Staff: Very helpful. This was much appreciated as I didn't speak Arabic nor French.||||Location: Conveniently located. Lots of food...
