The hotel was good in general but not worth a 100$ a night to be honest. I think what I paid for is the location nothing else. The hotel is very well located near the train station in Mohamed V st in thr center of Rabat. The breakfast was good but not special. I asked the waiter to prepare an omlette but he instead offered me ready scrambled eggs which were aweful. Some items on breakfast were not good but the majority of the items were good. Orange juice was fresh but mixed with something else full of sugar. Rooms are ok. I had a kettle but no outlet next to it. I asked for an extension cable the reception said they dont have one. My room view was literally a garbage dump as seen in the pic. The room is big and the bed was ok. TV is avaialable but mostly has Moroccan, Arabic and French channels. No special cable football channels so you will not be able to watch all your football games in your room. The rooftop at the hotel was nice and had a good view of Mohamed V st. but a bit pricey. There was a safe in my room but it didn't work. Reception said they will send somebody to fix it but no one came. My recommendation to the hotel as an Arab and a Muslim visiting a majority muslim country is : how about you consider installing a toilet hose (shatafa) ? It will really be highly appreciated by your fellow muslim/Arab brothers and sisters. How about a praying carpet and indicator for Qibla? Generally my stay was ok but would I go back again if I had options? I doubt it. Is this hotel worth 100$ a night? Absolutely not. My advice is to just book at Onomo medina which is part of the same chain of Onomo hotels. It is located nearby, much cheaper and even nicer. Thank you

The hotel is convenient to many highlights. The check-in process was efficient: staffs were nice, things are still done on paper & pen. Our Standard Room was clean, the shower head detached from the wall during my shower (the maintenance person fixed it to a point that it works, to me it was not a permanent fix). The desk phone in the room does not have labels for the buttons and I cannot find instructions how to call down to the Front Desk. For a 4-star hotel, the wall is thin as I can hear the TV volume next door quite loud (we knocked on the well around 11PM, they turned down the volume and still I can hear it as I am writing this review at 2AM). We had a late lunch at the Azour Rooftop & Lounge: staffs were nice, the view of the surrounding city is great, my wife's Cheddar Burger was OK, I loved my Monkfish Tagine! Wifi tends to be slow during prime hours.

View from restaurant, which was directly situated on the floor above ours, was absolutely stunning, but I DID NOT enjoy my 7 day stay on the 4th floor. Once again the language barrier was an issue. Languages spoken in Morocco is French, Darija and Arabic, of which I speak none. Noises from the kitchen (05:30 - 23:00) was a great disturbance. The air-conditioner in our family suite was not working for 4 days, so we were forced to open the windows. This was a bad idea, because the smells from outside was from bad smelling drains. Cleaning staff was very helpful unlike the front desk staff.

Dear General Manager of Onomo Terminus,||I am writing to convey my profound disappointment with my recent experience at your hotel. Regrettably, the service and conditions fell drastically short of what I had anticipated, casting serious doubt on the standards of hospitality at your establishment.||Before our arrival, we called to inquire about the availability of the superior room we previously stayed in and enjoyed. Although we had already reserved through your website, the person on the line responded dismissively, stating, "You should have called in the morning; why are you calling now?" This tone was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially coming from hotel staff.||Upon arrival, already weary from a long journey, they were asking for more money , white the confirmation e-mail mentioned 5000 dhs inclu ding taxes they were as king for 5400 dhs and insisted on getting 400 dhs extra.||we checked into the room, only to find that the hot water was not working. I was left with no choice but to shower in lukewarm water, a dismal start to my stay. Furthermore, the air conditioning failed to provide warmth. Despite multiple visits from your technical team, the issue persisted. When I called the reception to explain that the room was unbearable, the receptionist coldly suggested we "wait until morning." Can you imagine being told to endure a freezing room overnight after paying a substantial amount for the stay? This response was as disappointing as it was unacceptable.||Eventually, we were moved to another room, which involved repacking and relocating with my young child—a needless hassle that further tarnished the experience. This new room was at least clean, and initially, we thought things might improve.||Today, however, after requesting the "Make My Bed" service, we returned to find the windows open, the room teeming with mosquitoes, and reeking of cigarette smoke. To make matters worse, my child suffers from allergies and asthma, making this situation particularly distressing and unacceptable.||I am thoroughly appalled by the lack of basic service standards, courtesy, and care exhibited by your hotel. The experience was more reminiscent of a run-down, two-star hostel than a reputable hotel. This is not just a complaint about minor inconveniences; it’s a reflection of how poorly your establishment regards its guests.||Now 3 days later each time they give me a key Card its functioning only 1 days, each time and day I have to come back to the reception for a new key.|It’s 1 o clock morning and I am standing already 20 minutes with my child at the reception nobody is there and the key is not functioning. Do we have to sleep at the reception sofa ???||It a disaster this hotel such a bad service !!!!!||I hope you take this feedback to heart and make immediate improvements. No future guest should be subjected to such a subpar experience.||Sincerely,|Mis...

I had a prepaid booking for three nights at this hotel with two other travellers. The first day of my reservation, I called and the hotel to inform them that I won’t be coming this day and will arrive the next day for the two remaining nights and that the two other travellers will arrive as planned. They front desk confirmed taking note of my request. Today I arrive at the hotel to do my check in and they can’t find my booking and the hotel is full. The front desk guy confirmed that he had received my call yesterday but forgot to communicate it to the reservation team. After two hours of waiting time they suggested to me a room in their less rated half priced partner hotel. When I refused and asked to book for me an equivalent hotel they refused and refused to provide a refund. I explained that I have travelled 3 hours to be here and have a conference tomorrow at 8:00. They kept wasting time and refusing to come up with an acceptable solution. Three hours later I arrived to another hotel that I had to book and pay even though I have already paid for this night at their hotel. Please don’t go there they treat customers carelessly and...
