Beldi Fusion Kitchen, located in front of Lycée Victor Hugo on Route de Targa, is a hidden gem of a restaurant that offers a delightful culinary experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the wonderful ambiance and modern decor.
The menu at Beldi Fusion Kitchen offers a fusion of flavors, blending traditional and contemporary elements to create a unique dining experience. I had the pleasure of trying their delicious steak, which was cooked to perfection. The steak was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, leaving me truly satisfied.
To top off my meal, I indulged in their fantastic three chocolate mousse dessert. It was a heavenly delight for chocolate lovers like myself. The mousse had a rich and velvety texture, with layers of different chocolate flavors that beautifully complemented each other. It was the perfect ending to a memorable dining experience.
Beyond the delightful food, the restaurant boasts a great atmosphere. The decor is stylish and modern, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. The cleanliness of the restaurant also added to the overall positive experience.
The attentive and friendly staff at Beldi Fusion Kitchen further enhanced my visit. Read moreDecided to bring a large group here tonight my entire family who are visiting from abroad accumulated nearly 4000 dirham bill. Even after tipping the staff and settling the bill they approached my guests privately and insinuated that items were ordered and consumed, but not paid for. The money is not the issue. We still ended up paying them to make them happy because they seem to have latched onto this false claim. Greediness for more money (beyond the entitlement) appears to be a common thing, at least in my several weeks of staying here in Marrakech. But this level of unprofessionalism and disrespect is unfathomable though. The issue, stems from their lack of organization, ability to deliver on customer orders effectively, and not able to recognize changes that were made based on the slow service. Apparently the chef states that a certain number of dishes were sent out however, the truth is some guests until the very end of the meal still didn’t receive their food. One guest ended up cancelling their item because after 45 minutes of waiting, it still wasn’t made another guest substituted it for something else which was delivered and paid for and this is in addition to at least 4 other guests who received their food 30 minutes after the rest of the group (the order was placed together and at the same time). I have to say there was one lady who was very nice and trying her best to give us decent service but it’s either an incompetent kitchen, staff or disorganized waiting staff (or combination of both) that has ruined this experience. By the way, the food was also burnt and did not taste very good. The other bigger location in Gueliz was much better on my...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at BFK restaurant in the heart of Marrakech, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was transported to a world of enchantment and flavor.
The ambiance was a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern sophistication. The dimly lit interior was adorned with intricately designed Moroccan lanterns, colorful mosaic tiles, and plush seating. Soft traditional music played in the background, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
But it was the food that truly stole the show. The menu was a delightful fusion of traditional Moroccan and international flavors. We tried the lamb tagine, and it was a revelation. The meat was incredibly tender, slow-cooked to perfection with a medley of spices, dried fruits, and almonds. It was a harmonious blend of sweet and savory flavors that danced on my taste buds. The presentation in the traditional clay tagine was a visual feast as well.
What truly made this restaurant stand out, apart from the delectable cuisine, was the exceptional service. The staff was attentive, courteous, and genuinely passionate about their craft. They were more than happy to share insights into Moroccan culinary traditions and answer my questions about the dishes.
