La Fantasia Italian Pizza Food — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

Fresh, made to order medium size pesto pizza and lasagne (takes at least 20 mins) was absolutely incredible. Warm, welcoming Italian chef and waiter like the ones we found in rural villages in Italy! He enjoys connecting with customers and gave us the most memorable meal for our wedding anniversary (we never mentioned this and the service was genuine). He’s an authentic chef who focuses on the FOOD. You know you’re getting fresh, quality ingredients and pizzas adapted with local ingredients too. It’s a simple menu with some fun options.

I discovered this place through friends who visited Marrakech recently and highly recommended it. The owner, Raffaele, and his colleague (I believe his name is Yassine—apologies if I got that wrong!) were absolute gentlemen, providing exceptional hospitality. The food was outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. As someone who loves Italian cuisine, it was a delightful change after having Moroccan food throughout my trip. 10/10 Highly recommend!

We found La Fantasia on Google and all of the reviews were great. After going ourselves, we totally agree.

Having eaten Moroccan food for the past 5 days we fancied a bit of a break from it and La Fantasia exceeded our expectations. Pizza in Morocco, we weren’t expecting much but this was fantastic.

The pizzas are fantastic, the vegetarian especially great but also the four cheese and Calabria too. All the exceptional. Rafaelle (the owner) and Yassine were extremely hospitable and made our meal so enjoyable.
