Poorly Organised! Booking the tour: You choose and you pay. If you have question they will answer but they look very unsure about the answers. We booked the 1 day tour to Ouarzazate. The Tour: A car was supposed to pick us up at 7 a.m from our riad, after 40 minutes of waiting we manged to contact the agency (through another driver who stopped just because he thought we are someone else) he called the number on our reciept and he informed someone that we are still waiting for our car to pick us up. A driver came and he took us to a meeting point where we were assigned to another driver. The drive was about 4 hours to reach the first destination (And Ben Haddou Kasbah)(also need to mention that the drive is not an easy one, they are working on the road so it's quite dusty and bumpy and it's through the mountains on serpentine so if you are car sick this isn't for you), there is no entry fee but a "professional guide " will approach you and he will inform you that the tour takes an hour and it cost 4 € per person. You can also walk around by yourself and you should refuse politely if you don't want to pay. Our group didn't want to pay so our driver took us around. Although we were told our driver will be able to speak English it turned out he could speak a bit of every other language except that one (he was a very nice and kind person though, trying to please everyone). Communicating was a bit difficult but we managed somehow to make us clear through Spanish. Another hour was dedicated to serving lunch, the prices were a bit to much for the quality of the food. After another 2 hours and a half (around 15:30) in the car we reached Ouarzazate but it was too late to visit the Tifoultot's Kasbah (2€ entry fee) so after we took a couple of photos from outside we had to drive back to Marrakech. Everyone was tired and no one wanted to visit the Atlas Studio, which probably had a fee entry too. All in all, we paid 35€ per person just to get there and nothing was included in this tour except the first stop at the Berber Village which had no entry at all. Although the agency told us we would be taken back to our hotels the driver was not aware of that, he took us anyway because the other members of the group panicked a bit and finally got angry. We reached our riads at 21:00 o'clock. You should read carefully the offer, almost every agency it's the same.

Our day at Essaouira was fantastic! Although the drive was long, the stops along the way made it more enjoyable. The bus was comfortable, and the air conditioning was much needed in the Moroccan heat. Essaouira was lovely, and our driver guide Ayoub was very knowledgeable. I also liked that we had some free time to explore on our own. Overall, it was a wonderful experience

Recomiendo absolutamente.

Couldn’t rate this low enough. Lack lustre guides, pit stop traps for overpriced supplies and just a general ‘rushed itinerary’ on account of how we seemed to be part of a group staying the night who had to move on. Furthermore we were bundled into another car without much explanation. I told the driver THREE times that I wanted to stop for water. This man, instead of stopping at a nearby shop, proceeded to drive 1.30hrs to the pit stop trap! This is not a tour it is a fleece drive. The drive is scenic yes but that’s about it. You will be told how Ait Ben Haddou is the set of every movie imaginable…but not actually see the sites (all via picture) then tricked into another tour bcos the guide rattles something in barely comprehensive English and starts moving so you think the tour is continuing. NO IT IS NOT! This is another tour you will have to pay for at the end. It is not compulsory but they will deceive you into it. In summary, not worth the...

Poor management, poor service!

The 3 day 2 night dessert tour was not at all as described. The tour was very badly organized. They promised we would take a minibus with max 14 people and we ended up with a big bus with 48 people. During the tour, we spent too much time on some store shopping which results in little time to enjoy the dessert. We missed the sun rise as well. We have to argue for long time to get many services promised, e.g. a private couple room and even already paid taxi to Fes. The agency did not even pick up the phone when we tried to figure out whether he had paid for the taxi or not when the taxi driver insisted that we should pay for him extra 25 Euros. The whole waiting and arguing took around 1 hour. They just did everything wrong. The whole group of people were complaining during this tour. Such a bad experience! They should have...
