Razane — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

The food is shamelessly overpriced and has very litte of Lebanese flavors. The falafel are tiny, flat, oily discs, served with 6/7 ridiculously small rocket leaves of very disputable quality and the yogurt sauce is watery. Hummus is not good. The flat bread is served cold and rubbery. They charge more to put food on a dish if you don’t want the wrap. The chicken shawarma was lacking taste, the fries oily and with a very weird taste and the samoussa’s filling was tangy. We just paid and left very disappointed to have had such bad experience. There was nobody sitting at the restaurant but I didn’t want to judge by that, there’s lots of competition in that street. It’s clear now that we should have. Very sad, and unfortunately even the service was lacking.

I hope someone reads this to not go through the same disappointment and if there’s a manager or an owner reading this, please do something about it or change job because that’s clearly not...

Je n'allais pas poster d'avis ni de commentaires jusqu'au moment ou j'ai lu la réponse maladroite et totalement fausse du gérant à un des clients ici. Razane est un restaurant libanais placé dans la même rue que 7 autres snacks et restau, j'y suis parti un samedi et il était vide. Il n'y avait personne. À ce moment là au p'tit chantier, tout était plein. Voici mes reproches et je pense celles de plusieurs personnes qui y vont une fois et plus jamais.

Rapport qualité prix démesuré. Vu la qualité, la quantité et la compétition on peut avoir mieux partout. -La blague quand j'ai eu une canette coca de 3,5 dhs pour 16dhs. Je suis d'accord pour ce faire des benef mais là c'est une arnaque. Avec les entrées on a eu le droit à UN SEUL pain libanais vieux et mal chauffé découpé en triangle, ou une petite quantité de crackers fait maison. Dans les 2 cas faut finir l'assiette avec les doigts... Le chawarma à 64 dhs sans frites sans boisson était bon aussi bon qu'un chawarma à 25 dhs.

Razane manque de générosité, dommage.
