Signature is a lakeside restaurant offering a fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine. The environment is pleasant and relaxed, making it a good spot for a leisurely meal. The interior decor leans toward an American style, similar to what you’d find in a mid-range hotel restaurant — clean and comfortable, but not overly luxurious.
The restaurant offers some Cantonese-style breakfast items, such as dim sum, but these are only available in the morning. This is something to keep in mind, as they are not served in the evening. You can browse the menu either on paper or through an iPad. While there is a fair variety of choices, the overall uniqueness of the dishes is quite average.
Portion sizes tend to be small, so although the pricing might seem reasonable at first, the actual value for money isn't particularly high. Still, the lakeside setting and comfortable ambiance make the overall experience feel acceptable and not overpriced.
One nice touch: each guest is given a small complimentary bread roll with butter. While not large, it's a thoughtful gesture and adds to the dining experience.
In summary:
Food: Average flavor, small portions, moderate pricing — 3 stars
Service & environment: Relaxed and pleasant — 4 stars
Overall rating: 70–80, depending on what matters more to you
If food quality and value are your main concerns: closer to 70

You’d hit the occasional language barrier with the staff, but they do have an English menu so you can just point whichever you like to the server.
Most of the items they serve are Burmese or (Southern) Chinese cuisine. The steamed meatball was particularly good. Burmese nan gyi thoke and mohinga were also delicious. Would love to eat more but we had limit our orders to what we can finish. Burmese food can be a bit heavy on the stomach. :) Very affordable and great...

The dim sum here used to be really good but this time around everything tasted cheap and all tasted the same. Beef, pork, prawn, fish… all tasted the same. The chef doesn’t seem to give a sh!t about quality anymore. Even the chili sauce is straight from the bottle. Avoid this place until they change their chefs. Terrible terrible dim sum. I recommend going to oriental house, cheaper and better for value than...
