FINALLY!!!
It's incredibly the first asian restaurant I've experienced that finally uses enough salt in their food and aren't afraid to season or use heat in their dishes. If I were a rich man this would be my daily go to restaurant.
Not an ornately decorated place, but very neat, tidy and clean. The staff are extremely friendly, descriptive in helping you choose your meal.
The potions are to die for. Very large and never stingy with their meat or seafood portions.
Normally I'm not the type that orders the lunch specials. But since we were there for the first time we thought 'Let's test it out'. And they did have this item called Firecracker Shrimp. So why not. It was killer to say the least. Normally my shrimp would just have taste on the outside. But not this one it was infused all the way through the entire shrimp it was marinated and it melted in your mouth. And you wouldn't believe how many shrimp was in that dish. The chow mein was like no other. Moist and tender. The egg drop soup yummy. But of course I always change it up a little and add my soy sauce to it. Sure glad we tried the lunch specials. Along with that we the added the beef chow fun dish. It was humongous and delicious. We enjoyed that for a couple days at home.
Well worth the money value and to put a smile on your face!!!
This is my #1 asian restaurant in Hanford.
P.S. Bought a bag of fortune cookies because the ones on the table were so youniquely krunchy.
Update: 1st week of March.
We each ordered a bowl of Wor Wonton soup, again could not have expected less from this restaurant. The bowl was filled almost to the brim with succulent meats, seafood, vegetables and I believe pork wonton. There was tender sweet barbecued pork, plump medium-sized tender shrimp and slices of melt-in-your-mouth chicken. Along with al dente sugar peas, broccoli and chinese cabbage. And of course a hearty warm your tummy with delicious broth.
Oh sorry I forgot we started with an appetizer plate of foil wrapped chicken, fried shrimp, chicken wings, egg rolls, all 👍.
And before walking out, we didn't forget our bag of a dozen fortune cookies.
