Better book before you adventure to go there! Just been there at lunch time with no booking and the restaurant was empty! The lady that was at the door ask me if I had book for lunch, which I replied that I didn’t. She immediately informed without even looking at any notes that they were fully booked. Due to the fact that the restaurant was empty I questioned her if they were really fully booked and she kept insisting that they were having a lot of bookings for events and business companies. So, I decided to go somewhere else and on my way to another restaurant, I remembered to call the restaurant to understand how fully booked they were and to my surprise the lady at the phone said that they had a table for me. We are talking of about an 3 minutes timeframe. I really felt discriminated and annoyed with the fact that when I was there personally, they were fully booked but if you phone you can get a table? I really don’t understand the policy and felt that there was no willingness or effort from that specific waiter to get me a table! It this a new way of treating clients?
