The atmosphere was amazing, the staff very attentive and really fast.

I wanted some caviar and they were sweet enough to give me a small portion at a reasonable price.

Ordered the salmon roses and they were delicious. My husband had the scallop starter and it was perfect, not over cooked and so it was pleasant and not chewy or bouncy.

We shared the whole fish of the day and it was perfection. Perfectly grilled, well seasoned and flaky. Couldn’t fault it. Although, I wish they served it with varied vegetables and not just peppers with zucchini.

The desert was okay. He had the chocolate strawberry mousse and if you like a deconstructed Watergate salad, then it was spot on. It was not as light and fluffy as you’d expect a mousse.

Overall, enjoyed ourselves and would come back. So definitely recommend.

Update: returned with a group of my friends and they absolutely loved the service and attentiveness of Paula. Yet again, she was lovely and very helpful.

I’ve waited more than 30 minutes for my poke bowl but only got a miso soup as starter. The waitress tried to get rid of my half drunken soup many times, instead of proper communication with the kitchen so that my food will be ready as soon as possible. It was uncomfortable because there were several waitstaff standing right next to our seats and I felt like I was being watched the whole time. I had told the waiter beforehand to bring me my meal quickly because I was in a hurry, but I had to wait for a long time and ended up eating only the starter and leaving. A lovely experience and culinary treat! We had the bao buns for starters and tried almost all of the sushi for mains. So delicious!!
