Was there for lunch a few days ago and I’m very disappointed. I placed my order just after 1 o ‘clock and waited… and waited… and waited. Followed up a few times with the staff members and they kept saying “soon” or “almost done”. I finally received my meal and it was almost 14:00 already and when I asked why it took so long apparently they were out of chicken. No one told me when I ordered or when I followed up numerous times. How can a “Fast” Food place that sells mainly chicken not have chicken for the lunch hour rush? The service on the delivery is terrible. I had an awful experience, not only did they take over an hour, to deliver, even though they claim it will take half an hour. They also phoned me half an hour in to say they were on their way, and made me wait outside for 40 minutes, during which time they phoned me 4 times to tell me again that they are on their way. It's a 5 minute drive to my house...
