Himalayan Java Coffee - Labim Mall — Restaurant in Lalitpur Metropolitan City

The staff here needs better training. The coffee is the same as elsewhere but the service staff need training and some manners. There were two service staff and a cashier. My complaint is mostly the shorter and older of the two servers. I asked for a coffee and a glass of water. I got the coffee with a small shot of coffee. I asked the taller server for a glass of water. Nothing came. I askers the shorter server again for water and and curtly replied that we don't serve regular or glasses of water. I tried to ask for a bottle then but he replied back that they only have bottles without listening to my request for a bottle of water. Then I asked the taller waiter for a bottle of water and asked why they couldn't have told me they only serve glasses of water instead of making wait thirsty. No response and no response for the shorter ruder waiter too. Himalayan Java has decent coffee but not the best, I come here because of the service and consistency of quality through the branches. 2🌟 i usually love Java house. I was surprised that the Java inside Labi Mall did not match the other java outlets.

Ordered the cold shakes three differenr types , my family thought it didnt do the justice.

I tried the brownies and a scope of ice cream on the top. Its was one of the worst brownies i have had by far (sorry)

Nice area to hang around while shopping in Labim. The sitting space is open.

The staffs are ok, not very friendly. They seem a bit cranky if we look at the menu on the board for more than 30 seconds. Makes me kinda uncomfortable.

I love the blended mint lemonade there. Would recommend coffee. They usually serve the coffees cold even though we ask for a very hot one. And not really a very big fan of tge...
