Himalaya apartment is located in a very comfortable location to commute anywhere in Kathmandu. The apartment itself is really value for money. Nice and cosy, the staffs are very cordial and helpful apartment is very neat and clean. In terms of security this place is extremely safe, you will feel like you are at your own home. I have really enjoyed my stays here and I strongly recommend any expatriate to try this apartment for sort or long term. What I particularly like about this place is everything is hardly 5 minutes walking distance from here i.e. Shopping Mall, supermarket, restaurants, Patan Square, coffee shops, UN compound, Brtish school, hospitals and airport is 15 minutes away. Very convenient and large serviced apartments in the Patan area of Kathmandu - close to many good restaurants, shops and other facilities. A short distance to the airport and the old city of Kathmandu. The apartments are spacious and well-equipped for individuals, couples or families. The owner, Dipendra, is most helpful and welcoming, the room rates were fair, reasonable and great value for the size of apartment, and other things like laundry were also most reasonable. The only drawback was the road outside was being widened and resurfaced so it was dusty and difficult to walk around. I had a really good experience staying at himalaya apartment hotel. I had stayed there for 2 months at Himalaya apartment hotel without any complaints. The staff is very friendly and helping and also the location of the hotel is also very good as it is very near to main road and surrounded by restaurants and shops of all types.
