KIMCHI THE RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Lalitpur Metropolitan City

This the worst experience I've ever got. Firstly, they made us wait for 15 minutes just for coming and taking orders. And then, made us wait for more than an hour for food and that also with an improper service - we had to ask them again and again if the food was ready. Their reply was its getting ready, and we waited for an hour just to hear that the food we ordered was not available. Also, there was much mosquitos and I had asked mosquito coil frequently but they didn't provide it either. After everything when we went for payment and just said them that their service wasn't satisfactory, they started having a discussion with us instead of being sorry, or atleast polite. Instead they said who were us to complain about their service and they didn't have enough staffs so we cannot speak about it.

Bad experience there. Waited for an hour for our food just to be told our food won't be served. We ordered buff keema noodles, sat for 15 minutes and said the buff is out of stock. So we ordered chicken noodles instead. And after a long time, buff noodles were served to our neighbour table, and we were left waiting. One of the best local eateries around Pimbahal. The ambience is rather simple but the menu has plenty of options to choose from. The price extremely reasonable and the service quick as well.
