Stayed for a month. Highly recommended the place, very reasonably priced on a monthly basis (but you have to tell them your intented stay duration beforehand). The staff are very helpful and available for you 24/7. Acess in the building easy and contactless. Parking is also good enough. Sadiksha is the owner of this place and is ready to hear you out if you have any problems during your stay. Internet can be sketcy depending on where you are in the building but that is getting better. I absolutely love the laundry feature, its in house and fast. But i recommended you to weigh beforehand as clothes are always lighter then you think they are. There are many food options closeby. You can find most reasonably priced nice cafes and eateries. You can even find unlimited dal bhat for 100 rupees nearby in Patandhoka. There are good cafes like Dhokaima, Cafe Cheeno. Sherpa Bakery has really good strong americano for less then 150 rupees.

Don't forget to go to the top floor in the hotel and enjoy mountain view in the morning and citylights in the evening.
