Disappointing Lunch Experience
I recently visited sub/ kimchi express for lunch after a busy day, hoping to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.
Firstly, I found the taste of the food to be quite bland. The flavors lacked depth and were not as appetizing as I had hoped. The overall quality of the food was also subpar, which was disappointing considering the reputation of the restaurant. Service was soooooo sooo slow imagine when you have 30 min time to eat your lunch and they take hours , just imagine.
One of the dishes I tried was the kimbab, which was just okayish. It didn't stand out in terms of taste or presentation, and I felt it could have been much better.
Another aspect that struck me was the ambiance of the place. It was unusually silent and empty, which contributed to a lackluster lunch experience. I had expected welcoming atmosphere, especially when you have a hectic day.
Overall, my lunch experience here fell short of expectations. The bland food, mediocre quality, and quiet ambiance left me feeling unsatisfied. I hope that the restaurant can work on improving these aspects to provide a more enjoyable experience for its customers...

Their own take on Subway sandwiches (which I've often heard are amazing) are quite promising in terms of quantity and flavor. Ordered the 6inch Chicken Teriyaki Sub, and it hit all the right taste buds. You can have as many fillings as you want in your sandwich once you choose the main ingredient. Chose the Italian Herbs and Spices bread, it was soft and chewy and held the fillings quite well all at the same time. Could get soggy if you eat slowly. Choice of Wheat, Honey & Oats, Italian, Italian Herbs & Spices for your sandwich base is quite interesting. Seatings are a bit tight on space. Paid parking in the same parking lot as of Workshop Eatery. Takeaway available. Clean bathroom, but had a problem with running water. Maybe a price tone down could be recommended to fit the...

So, me and my friend ordered a foot long veggie delite and we were asked by the server if we wanted mushrooms (amongst other things such as onions, tomatoes, etc.) in our sub. We said that was fine, and after making all of our other choices, the sub was made and it honestly wasn't that bad. What was extremely surprising is that the sub was worth Rs. 690 and the mushrooms they added extra was charged Rs. 360 (more than 50% of the price of the sub itself), and furthermore, we weren't explicitly told that we'd be charged extra for the mushroom, which I feel should've been done.
Honestly, it felt like a cheap dirty move on a business to get some extra cash from a customer, and as such, I will not be...
