The outside area by the pool was quiet and relaxing. ||||Breakfast was okay but tended to be the same each day and it was a little off putting to see 2 large cockroaches scuttling round the dining room at breakfast on the first day. Our buffet lunch was excellent but we chose to eat out each evening as there was a good range of local cafes and restaurants.||||My first floor room was clean but dated and seemed quite dark. When I was in there, I had to have all the lights on. I was surprised that, given the price we were paying, tea and coffee was not supplied in the rooms. ||||The staff were friendly and helpful at all times and that really sells a place for me.||||I'd happily stay here again, but next time, I'd not have breakfast here - as the other local options offered...
