I went here with high expectations because of the reviews. But it seems that you can’t trust reviews after all (disappointed but not surprised).

I got a large loaded fries with spicy chicken and requested the sauce separately. This gave me the chance to try the fries with just the chicken and cheese sauce, which to my surprise, both had no taste at all. I didn’t taste any cheese and the chicken could have used some more flavors and seasoning.

I also got two wraps that consisted of: 40% meat, 55% sauce and 5% veggies. We could not finish it due to the overwhelming amount of sauce and lack of freshness from the veggies. There was no balance between the meat, sauce and vegetables.

If you are looking for just a quick bite that is so-so and solidly relies on sauces for flavor (and not cheap), this place is for you.

But if you are looking for a fast food place that actually knows about flavor and balance, then you should look elsewhere….

(After reading the reply) Good food shouldn’t rely on sauces, it should be good on its own. Of course I ate the loaded fries with the sauce which made me realize that the sauce was the only flavor of the dish… still doesn’t explain why the “cheese” sauce has no cheese flavor.

As for the wraps, obviously the consistency I named was sarcasm because the entire filling of the wrap was literally drenched in sauce that was overwhelming which made the veggies soggy asf (Which takes away the freshness and crunchy texture of what vegetables are supposed to have).

Sad to see that you guys have a sign that you would love to hear our opinions. Only for you to reply with that it’s basically our own fault for a bad experience and deny that there is too much sauce in one of...

My wife and I stopped in for some lunch. They had a cute "His and Hers" burger special that we got with the parmesan fries. Loved the attention to detail with the pink and blue napkins and straws to match the his and hers pink and blue burger buns, 10/10. It was all delicious and super cute. My wife loved it and we will be adding this place to the date night venue list so we can continue to try the rest of the menu. 1 hour 45 minutes waiting and I still didnt receive my order ( 2 sandwiches and 1 fries ) they claim they are too busy but come on, you really need that much time for 2 sandwiches? Poor service, the guy at the phone sound so helpless , he just claim “we are busy” thats it, no compensation, no nothing. This is the first and last time I order in this place. Going straight to my blacklist.
