We were a party of five and each one of us was blown away by the quality and creativity of the menu. I’m normally not posting but…we have waited for two bagels for almost half an hour - no information about it when ordering, and received incomplete order. Also when talking in English - waitress still contiuned in Dutch when serving us. Then we did have some trouble with payment - you know it happens sometimes. There was no word that there could be some problem with terminal, for sure it was our card. We tried like three different cards. And we are standing there, waitress has turned her back, talked to another waitress in Dutch about us (yes, you do not need to know Dutch, to just know…) We are traveling now for like 4 days, already been in a different Bagels & Beans and paid without any problem… I just want some more polite approach from the staff. One of the best Bagels & Beans locations I have visited. It is always clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and smiling, and they make you feel welcome.
