Today I went with my family to celebrate mothers day. We were immediately brought to our table and we could order drinks soon after. So far everything was fine. However when we started to take a look at the lunch menu, to our disappointment, there were not as many sushi options as we expected. We've been here many times before in the past and they always had a nice variety of sushi and grill. So we discussed this with one of the servers whether there was a problem with the menu, but when he said it was correct we decided to go for the full menu instead. This was no problem and everything was arranged thereafter. We finally ordered our food and we were excited to eat. Unfortunately, it seemed like the ingredients were not fresh and not always properly prepared. For example, the shrimp in the ebi rolls were soft and not crunchy, the beef and vegetables in the fried noodles were cold, and the fried sweet dishes were very oily. Furthermore, they reduced the portion size while the price for the eating there has gone up significantly. Which would have been acceptable and understandable if the quality of the food was excellent and unique. But unfortunately both were lacking. Overall, the food was okay but it has definitely decreased in quality, uniqueness and variety since the last time we went to visit. The service was acceptable but quite slow. We had to wait a relatively long time before the food arrived, but they were friendly. But the atmosphere was nice. There were some people and there was a nice amount of chatter that could be heard. I don't think I will come back here...
Read moreFirst of all,the location is great right in the centre of Amersfort and easy to get to. The restaurant itself was very beautiful well designed in a Japanese style, the staff was polite and helpful. Now for the food, the thing we are all interested about it was very good overall,i tried a lot of things and some of the sushi was mediocre, blend but it compensate with other dishes which were amazing ramen, teriyaki and some other types of sushi. I won't say it was good Manet for the value cuz i paid 80 euro all you can eat but it had some rules. You could only order 4 times(rounds),but the size of the food was really small, the salads sushi deserts.Only things that was normals size was soup and meat. Also the food arrived pretty late some times,i ordered some chicken and it didn't come i told the waitress that i didn't receive my food, she said to wait and still didn't get it. If you loved the restaurant don't take this comment serious this is just my personal opinion on it,i don't have any regrets coming here because it was a experience still low chance of coming back
PS:i loved the fact that i had to use only...
Read moreI tried this restaurant today and had a mixed experience. The food was definitely delicious, and the atmosphere extremely cozy. One of the waiters had a special charm. However, there are a few points I find misleading.
The restaurant advertises itself as offering 'unlimited rounds,' but in reality, there are restrictions. It's only possible to place an order every 10 minutes over a 2-hour period, which means 12 or 13 rounds in total. So, that's not exactly unlimited as claimed.
They also promote the concept of "all you can eat" BUT each round is limited to 3 servings p.p. with an average of 1 or 2 pieces per dish. This doesn't align with the 'all you can eat' idea.
Overall, the experience was acceptable, but it's important not to get carried away by the marketing terms. The price is 35€ per person, excluding drinks, which is a bit pricey. While the food is tasty, it's important to note that there are quantity limitations. Therefore, while the quality is there, the true sense of 'unlimited' and 'all you can eat'...
