We had a birthday party. There was only one lady at the reception and the line was huge. She’s very friendly but she simply couldn’t handle the flows. It was a 20min wait just to get a pair of socks. The food was a disaster. We were asked to fill in a form. We submitted the form 2.5 hours in advance and we were told food would be brought upstairs to us at the designated time. We waited 20min and no food came. The guy simply said “I can only do that much”. It’s unbelievable. We waited 50min in line for the bar and they said they couldn’t find our order 😱. The whole situation is chaotic. There are many staffs in the jump area just playing around showing off their jumping skills whereas there was only 1 at reception and 1 at kitchen. The manager should review again how you structure the team set up. I will not come again for my kid birthday party. I do want to mention the lady at the reception was very friendly and kind, she did everything she could to help with the long queues. She simply needs help and it is not enough to staff the reception with just her as she not only need to check customers in, she also needed to walk up with customers to show them the table, explain everything and exchange socks, payment etc. Too much for one person. Whereas many other staff in the play area are just chilling there. Totally illogical. Staff at kitchen is rude...

Let me start by saying I am not someone who would usually rate this low as it seems unfair. In this instance it can’t be helped as it has exceeded my level of disappointment .

I am purely rating from the perspective of a children’s birthday party. We paid over 300 euros for a disco party for 12 children, not expecting the world but what we got was this:

— No table preparation or awareness of our party of 12. We had to remind them we had a party and had to ask multiple about where to sit our kids. We needed to repeatedly ask for cutlery and plates as none we provided.

— no food until the party finished. All the parents were hanging around making us personally seem disorganized

— staff including a manager ( how are you a manager? I wouldn’t even hire you to driver papers) who has no clue what’s going on, provide no information about food, don’t decorate any tables, provide nothing (just sit where you want)

— boiling hot with no ventilation whatsoever

They complained about the kitchen being renovated but quite frankly that is not my problem and we booked this months ago. Everyone has to deal with COVID and other issues but this is no excuses for one of the worst birthday party’s I have...

Trampoline park is nice and staff also very good, but I put one star only because of their new rules in high performance area. So to get there you need to pass simple test and there should be at least one jump master at this area. But most often you can’t get there because all jump masters are busy with some others staff like reception, cleaning toilets or at the bar. So you come for 90 minutes session and will be lucky if you can get at least 30 minutes in high performance area. Also when it’s open almost any kid can pass this simple entry test and than all kids are in high performance zone just to silly jumping what they actually can do in any part of the park. Rules needs to be adjusted or at least one jump master should always be free for high...

What a fun place! First timers - you buy a ticket, sign a waiver, buy special non-slip socks (only 2.5 Euros), and go inside. They have a variety of trampolines, as well as a place where you can play trampoline dodgeball! There are also foam pools and other things I can't even name. It's just fun, so go there. Only annoying thing is getting there by public transport and on foot. It's located deep inside a gated complex with a parking lot. If you have a car, no problem. If you arrive with public transport, be prepared for a few minutes walk, and in an unwelcoming area that is the parking lot.

This place was so nice when it opened, but after some time and especially after the covid time, it has fallen on hard times. I had hoped when it was taken over by You Jump the quality would improve but not yet. When we were there 2 sections were closed. Two trampolines were out of order. The whole place just looks understaffed, dirty and not maintained. I hope they can find the resources to improve. In general the staff is friendly and when in good order, it's a great place to take your kids.
