Ristorante moderno e ben curato, situato al primo piano del Postillion Hotel, con anche una piacevole terrazza all'aperto. Abbiamo cenato qui per tre volte perché ospiti dell'hotel e la nostra esperienza è stata molto positiva. In realtà appena arrivati eravamo un po' scettici per via delle recensioni negative che avevamo letto prima di partire, ma sono state smentite fin dalla prima sera. Cibo di qualità, quantità abbondanti e servizio attento, cordiale e veloce. Dato che eravamo ospiti dell'albergo avevamo un menù già prestabilito, deciso dallo chef, che comprendeva una zuppa, un secondo e un dolce. A noi le proposte ci sono sempre piaciute, ma abbiamo visto che nel caso in cui un piatto non è gradito, viene data la possibilità di scegliere un'alternativa dal menù. Le bibite sono da pagare a parte, ma se chiedi l'acqua del rubinetto (potabile in tutto l'hotel) non viene fatta pagare. I prezzi dei cocktail, che puoi gustare sia all'interno del ristorante che sulla terrazza, sono in linea con quelli di altri locali di Amsterdam (circa €10-12 per un cocktail, €5-7 per vini al bicchiere e amari). Quindi fortemente consigliato, continuate così!

Ce que l’on mange est bon, mais la qualité gustative des produit n’est pas à hauteur du prix et du standing de l’établissement. Un hamburger qui produit du jus servie dans un papier dont la qualité se dégrade et l’on fini par presque en manger, c’est très dommage La soupe était bonne et la salade de tomate mozza aussi, mais pour le tarif, des produit frais et de qualité serai un gros plus. Restaurant à éviter si l’on souhaite aller a l’économie ou si l’on souhaite manger de la qualité. Tolle Location, aber die Bedienung ist absolut ignorant. Die wollen anscheinend kein Geld verdienen. Der Kellner läuft bei drei besetzten Tischen 5x an mir vorbei, ohne eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Bin dann einfach aufgestanden und gegangen. Von mir keine Empfehlung. 0 Sterne sind leider nicht möglich. Das Essen kann ich leider nicht bewerten.

It took over an hour to get our food. When we (two people) sat down we were the only table there and another table didn’t arrive until after 20 minutes, somehow the other tables (4 people, 2 people) received their food first. We asked the waitress, who was rude, and she informed us that the kitchen was crazy, ON A THURSDAY NIGHT OF FOUR TOTAL TABLES! Then after and 15 minutes, we asked the waiter who originally took our order and he was extremely rude and informed us the chef was busy. The chef wasn’t busy even to serve other tables before ours. At the end, the didn’t even bring out the fries we ordered. Steak was pretty good though honestly. Over an hour wait for a rare steak on an empty night isn’t good. Better off getting snack from the hotel. Wouldn’t go again even if...

Terrible. Food quality is terrible, the waiting staff for lunch is extremely ignorant about customer service. They tell me I can sit anywhere and then come in and demand that I move to another table with an empty restaurant. I ask for a plate, they refuse to make, I ask for another, they refuse to make. All of it in an untrained language. In the meantime I am served a bottle of water in a stinky glass. They still charged me 10 euros for the water. Great interior design but...

Very poorly managed restaurant. Customer service does not exist. All tables were empty but we were directed to a dirty table.

Food is non edible. Pasta bowl was full of water. Salmon and lentils were under cooked. We both got sick in the middle of the night. Overpriced for what they offer. Avoid !
